摘要
骨病为骨伤科疾病的重要范畴,主要包括筋骨痹病、痿病及痈疽等。骨病近年来呈高发趋势,可导致患者肢体功能障碍,严重威胁患者的身心健康。《黄帝内经》(后文简称《内经》)中有关骨病的相关论述较多,对后世医家的诊治理论创新和临床应用具有重要的指导意义。该文以痹病、痿病和痈疽等常见骨病为例,对《内经》中关于骨病的病因病机、诊断要点、治则治法等方面的理论内容进行梳理,并结合后世医家的古籍文献和实践经验,对相关内容进行深入剖析,以期为后世医家的临床运用提供依据。
Osteopathy is an important category of orthopedic diseases,mainly including arthralgia,vasculitis and ulcer.Bone disease has a high incidence in recent years,which can lead to limb dysfunction and seriously threaten the physical and mental health of patients.Inner Canon of Huangdi has many discussions on bone disease,which has important guiding significance for the innovation of diagnosis and treatment theory and clinical application of later doctors.Based on Bi disease,impotent common bone disease and ulcer disease,this paper makes a review of the theoretical contents in Inner Canon of Huangdi concerning the etiology,pathogenesis,diagnosis points and treatment methods of bone disease.Combining with the experience of ancient documents and later physicians’practices,this paper make an in-depth analysis of the relevant content,in order to provide the clinical use for the physician of later generations.
