摘要
痹病以肢节肌肉疼痛为主要表现,寒痹为其重要分支。新安医学在治疗痹病独具特色,在驱邪的同时更注重体虚的调摄,基于补脾驱邪进行寒痹论治,治疗效果显著。该共识是在文献回顾和临床资料分析的基础上制订的,遵循循证医学的原则,基于新安医学理论对寒痹的基本证候特征、临床治疗方法和处方进行整理、归纳、总结和评价,旨在为临床医师提供有效且规范化的临床诊治方案。
Arthralgia is mainly characterized by limb muscle pain,with Cold arthralgia as an important branch.Xin′an Medicine has unique characteristics in treating arthralgia,paying more attention to regulating body deficiency while exorcising evil.Based on tonifying the spleen and exorcising evil,the treatment of Cold arthralgia has significant therapeutic effects.This consensus is formulated based on literature review and clinical data analysis,following the principles of evidence-based medicine.Based on the theory of Xin′an medicine,the basic syndrome characteristics,clinical treatment methods,and prescription drugs of Cold arthralgia were sorted,summarized,and evaluated,aiming to provide effective and standardized clinical diagnosis and treatment plans for clinical doctors.
