摘要
基于文献整理,以"肝主疏泄,肝藏血"为理论依据,结合昼夜节律探讨从肝论治膝骨关节炎病因病机及治疗的关系。肝主疏泄、藏血的功能与昼夜节律密切相关,昼夜节律协调的吸收和合成是保持骨骼健康的关键,软骨细胞、成骨细胞和破骨细胞的代谢功能表现出明显的昼夜节律性,昼夜节律对关节的生理稳态具有重要调节作用。肝失疏泄或肝不藏血,昼夜节律紊乱,均可导致膝骨关节炎的发病及症状加重。补肝通络、理气疏肝、补益肝肾等从肝论治膝骨关节炎,临床效果显著。
Based on the theory of"liver regulating normal flow of Qi and storing blood",this paper discussed the relationship between the pathogenesis and treatment of knee osteoarthritis from the perspective of liver and circadian rhythm.The liver has the physiological function of liver regulating normal flow of Qi and storing blood,which is closely related to the circadian rhythm.The coordinated absorption and synthesis of circadian rhythm is the key to maintain bone health.The metabolic functions of chondrocytes,osteoblasts and osteoclasts show obvious circadian rhythm,and circadian rhythm plays an important role in regulating the physiological homeostasis of joints.When the liver is lax or the liver does not store blood,with circadian rhythm disorder,it can lead to the onset and symptoms of knee osteoarthritis.Treatment of disorder from the perspective of liver have satisfactory clinical effect,such as tonifying the liver and dredging collaterals,regulating Qi and soothing the liver,tonifying the liver and kidney and so on.
