摘要
目的:了解肿瘤科住院医师医患沟通能力的现状,探索医患沟通能力的培养途径与方法。方法:采用问卷调查对我院35名肿瘤科住院医师进行调查。结果:肿瘤科住院医师在"取得良好的沟通效果"和"和患者讨论治疗方案"这两项能力得分较低。62.9%的住院医师有过医患沟通失败的经历。导致医患沟通失败的主要原因是:"患者对疾病预期过高""患者对住院医师不信任""沟通方法不当"。可通过加强专业知识、沟通能力培训,临床带教等多种方式提高沟通能力。结论:肿瘤科住院医师医患沟通能力仍有待进一步提高,加强住院医师医患沟通能力培养,可有效减少医疗纠纷,构建和谐医患关系。
Objective:To investigate the current situation and needs of doctor-patient communication skills among residents in oncology department.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among 35 residents in oncology department.Results:Scores were lower on the abilities of"communication well"and"discussion a therapeutic plan".62.9%of residents had a failure experience of communication.The main reasons are:"high expectations of patients","distrusting of residents"and"poor communication".It was necessary to enhance professional knowledge,learn from teachers and have communication skill straining class.Conclusion:The doctor-patient communication skills need to be improved.It can effectively reduce medical disputes and construct harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
