西医院校临床医学专业中医学课程同质化教学的探索 被引量:4

Exploration of Homogeneous Teaching of Traditional Chinese Medicine Curriculum in Clinical Medicine Major of Western University

摘要 目的探索中医教学进一步达到同质化教学目标的方法。方法建立同质化的大纲、教案、课件架构、教法、形成性评价体系。将建设前后的教学资料分别建立两组文件夹(设为组1、组2),通过问卷星制作好问卷调查表,单盲问卷调查298份。结果2组教案的规范性、重难点突出、时间分配合理性、教学设计丰富比较,课件知识量大、美观性及问卷调查项目汇总比较,P<0.05,有统计学意义,2组希望增加英语或古汉语的教学内容的比较,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论说明同质化教学资料建设,使教案、课件、大纲质量得到提升,教法、形成性评价体系同质化,更进一步达到同质化中医学知识传授;大部分同学希望中医学教学过程中增加古汉语教学内容。 Objective In order to explore the method of TCM teaching to further achieve the goal of homogeneous teaching. Methods A homogeneous outline, lesson plans, courseware structure, teaching methods, and formative evaluation system was established. The teaching materials before and after construction were set up in two groups of folders(as group 1 and group 2), and a questionnaire was prepared through questionnaire star, and 298 single-blind questionnaires were surveyed. Results The standardization, highlights and difficulties of the teaching plans of the 2 groups, the rationality of time allocation, the rich comparison of the teaching design, the large amount of courseware knowledge, the aesthetics and the summary comparison of the questionnaire survey items( P <0.05), and ther had statistical significance. The two groups hope to increase comparing the teaching content of English or ancient Chinese( P<0.05), which is statistically significant. Conclusion It showed that the construction of homogeneous teaching materials will improve the quality of teaching plans, courseware and syllabus, homogenize the teaching methods and formative evaluation system, and further achieve the homogenization of Chinese medicine knowledge. Most students hope that the teaching process of Chinese medicine increases the content of ancient Chinese teaching.
