Objective:To evaluate Tpeak-Tend (Tp-e) interval in surface standard ECG as a new risk factor for arrhythmic event in patient with Brugada syndrome. Methods: 23 male patients with Brugada syndrome and 20 male patients with paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia (PSVT) as the control group were investigated in this study. Tp-e interval in surface standard ECG was compared between BrS and PSVT patients. Results: Tp-e interval in BrS patients was significantly longer than that in PSVT patients (109.57±22.86 ms vs. 88.50±13.08ms, P〈0.05). There was significant difference in Tp-e interval between 16 BrS patients with arrhythmic events (including syncope, clinical ventricular fibrillation [VF] and programmed electrica/ stimulation [PES]-induced VF) and 7 BrS patients without arrhythmic events and PSVT patients (118.12±20.40ms vs. 90.00±15.27ms, P〈0.05; 118.12±20.40ms vs. 88.50±13.08ms, P〈0.05). However, Tp-e interval was similar in BrS patients without arrhythmic events and PSVT patients (90.00±15.27ms vs 88.50±13.08ms, P〉0.05). Conclusion: The prolongation of Tp-e interval could serve as a new noninvasive event predictor for arrhythmic events in patients with Brugada syndrome. 展开更多

The ligamentization process of the tendon graft in anterior cruciate ligament(ACL)reconstruction is crucial for graft healing quality,thereby affecting knee joint function.Excessive scar tissue,caused by activation of trans-differentiation of fibroblasts to myofibroblasts,rather than orientated collagen fibers with normal composition and structure in the graft mid-substance seriously impacts ligamentization.The elucidation of the underlying mechanism behind the graft fibrosis may facilitate modulation of tendon graft ligamentization.Here,we show that transforming growth factor beta 1(TGF-β1)was significantly upregulated with liga-mentization process,contributing to fibroblast to myofibroblast trans-differentiation and thereby leading to impaired collagen orientation with overproduction of collagen type III.Of note,we verified that prostaglandin E2(PGE2),a principal mediator of inflammation secreted by macrophages,significantly reversed TGF-β1-induced trans-differentiation of fibroblasts to myofibroblasts.Importantly,magnesium(Mg)ions were found to upregulate PGE2 production in macrophages,ul-timately favoring inhibition of scar tissue formation and promoting expression of ligament-like phenotype in the graft mid-substance in rats.Consistently,the rats,with injection of the sodium alginate containing Mg ions into knee joint cavity,exhibited significantly improved gait performance and failure load relative to the control group.These results demonstrate the feasibility of using Mg ions to modulate tendon ligamentization in patients after ACL reconstruction. 展开更多

为了明确不同抚育措施(平茬、浅耕除莠)对毛乌素沙地杨柴植物功能性状的影响,揭示其对退化杨柴灌木林更新复壮的调控机制,从植物功能性状角度探究毛乌素沙地杨柴在抚育措施下的响应与变异权衡,实现沙地灌木林的精准抚育及“三北”典型... 为了明确不同抚育措施(平茬、浅耕除莠)对毛乌素沙地杨柴植物功能性状的影响,揭示其对退化杨柴灌木林更新复壮的调控机制,从植物功能性状角度探究毛乌素沙地杨柴在抚育措施下的响应与变异权衡,实现沙地灌木林的精准抚育及“三北”典型防风固沙区的生态建设。本研究以毛乌素沙地杨柴人工灌木林为试验对象,设置对照(无抚育措施)、平茬、浅耕除莠3种处理样地,对茎叶比、叶片干物质含量、叶片碳含量等16个植物功能性状进行了测定。结果表明:抚育措施显著提高植株高度并增大比叶面积(P<0.05),促进资源优先向光合器官分配,同时提升叶片氮含量并降低叶碳氮比,增强植株氮同化能力,进而促进植株生长。杨柴形态性状的可塑性与变异程度较高,元素性状则较为保守。平茬侧重于“再生驱动”,促使碳氮资源向新梢快速分配,浅耕除莠偏向于“资源优化”,显著促进叶片碳同化和氮吸收。抚育促使杨柴从保守生存策略转向“高光合投资-养分快速周转”的适应策略,驱动衰退林分更新复壮。 展开更多

Background: Prolongation of the Tpeak-Tend (TpTe) interval as a measurement of transmural dispersion of repolarization (TDR) is an independent risk factor for chronic heart failure mortality, However, the cardiac resynchronization therapy's (CRT) effect on TDR is controversial. Therefore, this study aimed to evaluate CRTs acute and chronic effects on repolarization dispersion. Furthermore, we aimed to investigate the relationship between TpTe changes and ventricular arrbythmia. Methods: The study group consisted of 101 patients treated with CRT-defibrillator (CRT-D). According to whether TpTe was shortened, patients were grouped at immediate and l-year follow-up after CRT, respectively. The echocardiogram index and ventricular arrhythmia were observed and compared in these subgroups. Results: For all patients, TpTe slightly increased immediately after CRT-D implantation, and then decreased at the l -year follow-up (from 107 ± 23 to 110 ± 21 rns within 24 h, to 94 ± 24 ms at 1-year follow-up, F 19.366, P 〈 0.001). No significant difference in the left ventricular reverse remodeling and ventricular tachycardia/ventricular fibrillation (VT/VF) episodes between the TpTe immediately shortened and TpTe immediately nonshortened groups. However, patients in the TpTe at l-year shorten had a higher rate of the lelt ventricular (LV) reverse remodeling (65% vs. 44%, Z2 = 4.495, P - 0.038) and less VT/VF episodes (log-rank test, X2 - 10.207, P = 0.001 ) compared with TpTe I-year nonshortened group. TpTe immediately alter CRT-D independently predicted VT/VF episodes at l-year follow-up (hazard ratio [HR], 1.030; P = 0.001 ). Conclusions: Patients with TpTe shortened at l -year after CRT had a higher rate of LV reverse remodeling and less VT/VF episodes. The acute changes of TpTe after CRT have minimal value on mechanical reverse remodeling and ventricular arrhythmia. 展开更多

[目的]探究不同抚育方式对鄂中丘陵区马尾松人工林林下结构持水能力的影响,为马尾松人工林森林生态系统水源涵养功能提升提供理论依据。[方法]以鄂中丘陵区马尾松人工林为研究对象,设置对照、间伐强度15%、30%、45%和结构化经营5种抚育方式,分别采用室内浸泡法和环刀法定量评估5种抚育方式下的灌草层、枯落物层和不同土层的(0~10、10~20、20~30、30~40、40~60 cm)持水能力,通过综合指标体系(包括3个系统层、5个准则层和28个指标层)构建评价林下总持水能力。[结果]间伐和结构化经营显著提高了灌草层持水能力,且结构化经营显著提高了灌木的有效拦蓄量(0.61±0.14 t·hm^(-2))和有效拦蓄率(69.90±32.39%),15%的间伐强度能显著提升草本的持水能力。随间伐强度增加,枯落物层的最大持水量和有效拦蓄量均表现为先增加后减小的趋势,且间伐强度为30%时枯落物持水能力最高。马尾松人工林抚育处理显著降低了土壤的自然持水量和田间持水量。不同抚育方式下,林下总持水能力表现为间伐强度30%(0.546)>对照(0.502)>结构化经营(0.494)>间伐强度15%(0.473)>间伐强度45%(0.423)。[结论]在鄂中丘陵区马尾松人工林经营中,可选择间伐强度30%的抚育方式来提升林下水源涵养能力。 展开更多

The shortage of forest tending funds in China has caused the retarded thinning for those forests that need urgently the tending thinning,which in turn has a negative impact on the implementation of forest management activities and results in the poor state of forest quality,function and healthy.This paper analyzed the necessity to implement forest tending subsidies,concluded the experience abroad,and proposed some policy recommendations on how to implement forest tending subsidies in China.It was indicated that forest tending subsidy policy should be fully implemented for a long time in China;the funds for forest tending subsidies should be obtained from multiple sources and multiple forms explored.The focus of the subsidy should be put on how to mobilize the enthusiasms of forest farms and forest farmers to engage in forest tending as well as on its ecological effects and livelihood benefits.At the same time,it is necessary to pay close attention to the problems propping up from forest products trade contributed to by the forest tending subsidies. 展开更多

目的探讨高血压性左心室肥厚(hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy,H-LVH)与肥厚型心肌病(hypertrophic cardiomyopathy,HCM)患者的心电图鉴别诊断。方法选取90例H-LVH患者(H-LVH组)和60例HCM患者(HCM组),均行体表12导联心电图... 目的探讨高血压性左心室肥厚(hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy,H-LVH)与肥厚型心肌病(hypertrophic cardiomyopathy,HCM)患者的心电图鉴别诊断。方法选取90例H-LVH患者(H-LVH组)和60例HCM患者(HCM组),均行体表12导联心电图检查。比较两组患者肢体导联和胸前导联T波峰-末(Tpeak-Tend,Tp-e)间期、最小Tp-e间期、最大Tp-e间期及校正Tp-e间期;记录两组心电图离散程度,包括QT间期离散度(QT dispersion,QTd)、最大QT间期和最小QT间期。采用ROC曲线分析各导联Tp-e间期鉴别诊断H-LVH与HCM的ROC曲线下面积。结果相比于H-LVH组,HCM组Ⅰ、Ⅱ、aVR、aVF、V5、V6导联的Tp-e间期均明显增大(P<0.01);平均最小Tp-e间期、最大Tp-e间期及校正Tp-e间期均明显增大(P<0.01)。H-LVH组的最大QT间期、最小QT间期、QTd均明显低于HCM组(均P<0.05)。在各导联中,Ⅱ导联Tp-e间期的ROC曲线下面积最大,为0.83(95%CI0.71~0.96,P<0.01)。结论H-LVH与HCM患者体表12导联心电图表现明显不同,两种疾病在心电图离散程度方面存在一定的差异,并且最小Tp-e间期、最大Tp-e间期、校正Tp-e间期及Ⅱ导联的Tp-e间期对H-LVH与HCM具有较高的鉴别诊断价值。 展开更多

Study on Tending Operations to Control over Harm of Pine Scale in Urban Park

The change of pine scale (Hemiberlesia pitysophila Takagi) population density on pine forest in urban park between treatment (tending operations) and CK (no tending operations) was researched in this paper. The results were shown as follows: population density declined to 0.63 head per bundle from 2.61 heads per bundle when crown density of pine in urban park had become 0.5 or so by means of cultivation activities such as felling, pruning and thinning and so on, and drop got to 75.86 percent. The pinewoods would soon get revived once using these cultivation activities, so tending operations was main measures controlling over harm of pine scale in urban park; At the same time, population density of pine scale on pinewoods in the sunny slope was more than that in the somber slope and it had become less and less from sunny slope to somber slope. Therefore, tree species must be chosen in the planning and design of urban park for preventing harm and happening of pine scale. 展开更多
