抚育措施下杨柴植物功能性状的变异与权衡

摘要 为了明确不同抚育措施(平茬、浅耕除莠)对毛乌素沙地杨柴植物功能性状的影响,揭示其对退化杨柴灌木林更新复壮的调控机制,从植物功能性状角度探究毛乌素沙地杨柴在抚育措施下的响应与变异权衡,实现沙地灌木林的精准抚育及“三北”典型防风固沙区的生态建设。本研究以毛乌素沙地杨柴人工灌木林为试验对象,设置对照(无抚育措施)、平茬、浅耕除莠3种处理样地,对茎叶比、叶片干物质含量、叶片碳含量等16个植物功能性状进行了测定。结果表明:抚育措施显著提高植株高度并增大比叶面积(P<0.05),促进资源优先向光合器官分配,同时提升叶片氮含量并降低叶碳氮比,增强植株氮同化能力,进而促进植株生长。杨柴形态性状的可塑性与变异程度较高,元素性状则较为保守。平茬侧重于“再生驱动”,促使碳氮资源向新梢快速分配,浅耕除莠偏向于“资源优化”,显著促进叶片碳同化和氮吸收。抚育促使杨柴从保守生存策略转向“高光合投资-养分快速周转”的适应策略,驱动衰退林分更新复壮。 To clarify the effects of different tending measures(stumping,shallow tillage with weeding)on the plant functional traits of Hedysarum mongolicum in the Mu Us Sandy Land,and to reveal the regulatory mechanisms by which these measures promote the regeneration and revitalization of degraded Hedysarum mongolicum shrublands,this study investigated the responses and variation trade-offs of Hedysarum mongolicum to tending measures from the perspective of plant functional traits in the Mu Us Sandy Land.The results are expected to provide a basis for the precision management of desert shrublands and support ecological construction in the typical windbreak and sand-fixation regions of the Three-North Shelterbelt Forest Program.A plantation of Hedysarum mongolicum in the Mu Us Sandy Land was used as the experimental subject.Three treatments—control(no tending),stumping,and shallow tillage with weeding—were established.Sixteen plant functional traits were measured,including the stem-to-leaf ratio,leaf dry matter content,and leaf carbon content.The results indicated that tending measures increased the plant height and specific leaf area(P<0.05),promoting the preferential allocation of resources to photosynthetic organs.Concurrently,tending measures increased the leaf nitrogen content while decreasing the leaf C/N ratio,enhancing the nitrogen assimilation capacity and thereby promoting the growth of plants.The morphological traits of Hedysarum mongolicum exhibited high plasticity and variability,whereas the element traits were conserved.The stumping treatment was characterized by a regeneration-driven strategy,facilitating rapid allocation of carbon and nitrogen resources to new shoots.In contrast,the shallow tillage with weeding treatment favored a resource optimization strategy,significantly enhancing leaf carbon assimilation and nitrogen uptake.In conclusion,the tending measures shift the ecological strategy of Hedysarum mongolicum from a conserved survival strategy to an adaptive strategy characterized by high photosynthetic investment-rapid nutrient turnover,thereby driving the regeneration and revitalization of the degraded stand.
