T波与Tpeak-Tend间期及Tpeak-Tend/QT比值的临床研究进展 被引量:10

摘要 近年来对于心电图T波的形成机制已有了进一步的认识,虽然仍未完全阐明,但已经提出比较重要的学说———跨壁复极离散度(TDR)以及在体心室整体复极离散研究。由于这些学说的提出,T波峰末(Tpeak-Tend)间期及Tpeak-Tend与QT间期(Tpeak-Tend/QT)比值的概念应运而生,对于它们的临床研究也不断进行。多数研究发现,Tpeak-Tend间期可反映TDR,而TDR增大又与恶性心律失常密切相关,因此提出Tpeak-Tend间期及Tpeak-Tend/QT比值对室性心律失常具有预测价值。但Tpeak-Tend间期作为新近提出的心电概念其目前研究有限,还需要进行大量的基础与临床研究,以明确其临床应用价值。 In recent years, T-wave formation mechanism has been further recognized, although not yet fully elucidated,an important doctrine-the TDR theory and the global dispersion of ventricular repolarization theory. These theories generated Tpeak-Tend interval and Tpeak-Tend/QT ratio concept, and the clinical research on them. Most studies found that Tpeak-Tend interval may reflect the TDRand the prolonged TDR is associated with increased risk of malignant ventricular arrhythmias, therefore the Tpeak-Tend interval and Tpeak-Tend/QT ratio have predictive value on ventricular arrhythmias. Tpeak-Tend interval as the recently proposed concept of ECG, present study is still limited needing a large number of basic and clinical research to clarify its clinical value.
