Application of a neural network system combined with genetic algorithm to rank coalbed methane reservoirs in the order of exploitation priority 被引量:4

A new method based on the combination of a neural network and a genetic algorithm was proposed to rank the order of exploitation priority of coalbed methane reservoirs. The neural network was used to acquire the weights of reservoir parameters through sample training and genetic algorithm was used to optimize the initial connection weights of nerve cells in case the neural network fell into a local minimum. Additionally, subordinate functions of each parameter were established to normalize the actual values of parameters of coalbed methane reservoirs in the range between zero and unity. Eventually, evaluation values of all coalbed methane reservoirs could be obtained by using the comprehensive evaluation method, which is the basis to rank the coalbed methane reservoirs in the order of exploitation priority. The greater the evaluation value, the higher the exploitation priority. The ranking method was verified in this paper by ten exploited coalbed methane reservoirs in China. The evaluation results are in agreement with the actual exploitation cases. The method can ensure the truthfulness and credibility of the weights of parameters and avoid the subjectivity caused by experts. Furthermore, the probability of falling into local minima is reduced, because genetic the algorithm is used to optimize the neural network system. 展开更多

Aiming at the networked control system with time-varying delay, the sufficient and necessary conditions for complete controllability and complete observability of the system are presented, respectively. Because of Markov characteristic of the network-induced delay, in terms of stochastic theory, a sufficient and necessary condition for completely mean value controllability of networked control systems is obtained. Further, the conditions that the controllability and observability of networked control systems are equivalent to the initial time-invariant system are given. Controllability and observability realization indexes are also discussed, respectively. The numerical example demonstrates the effectiveness of the proposed theory. 展开更多

A performance index function of task scheduling of NCS according to task balance and traffic load matching principles is defined. According to this index, a static scheduling method is designed and implemented to controlling task set simulation of the DCY100 transportation vehicle. The simulation results are applied successfully to practical engineering in this case so as to validate the effectiveness of the proposed performance index and scheduling algorithm. 展开更多

Several advantages of the network architectures include reduced system wiring, plug and play devices,increased system agility, and ease of system diagnosis and maintenance. Consequently, networked control is the current trend for industrial automation and has ever-increasing applications in a wide range of areas, such as smart grids, manufacturing systems,process control, automobiles, automated highway systems, and unmanned aerial vehicles. The modelling, analysis, and control of networked control systems have received considerable attention in the last two decades. The ‘control over networks’ is one of the key research directions for networked control systems. This paper aims at presenting a survey of trends and techniques in networked control systems from the perspective of ‘control over networks’, providing a snapshot of five control issues: sampled-data control, quantization control, networked control, event-triggered control, and security control. In this paper,we apply adaptive coded modulation (ACM) schemes to a wireless networked control system (WNCS) to improve the energy efficiency and increase the data rate over a fading channel.To capture the characteristics of varying rate, interference,and routing in wireless transmission channels,the concepts of equivalent delay (ED) and networked condition index (NCI) are introduced.Also,the analytic lower and upper bounds of EDs are obtained.Furthermore,we model the WNCS as a multicontroller switched system (MSS) under consideration of EDs and loss index in the wireless transmission.Sufficient stability condition of the closed-loop WNCS and corresponding dynamic state feedback controllers are derived in terms of linear matrix inequality (LMI). In communication networks with policy-based Transport Control on-Demand (TCoD) function,the transport control policies play a great impact on the network effectiveness. To evaluate and optimize the transport policies in communication network,a policy-based TCoD network model is given and a comprehensive evaluation index system of the network effectiveness is put forward from both network application and handling mechanism perspectives. A TCoD network prototype system based on Asynchronous Transfer Mode/Multi-Protocol Label Switching (ATM/MPLS) is introduced and some experiments are performed on it. The prototype system is evaluated and analyzed with the comprehensive evaluation index system. The results show that the index system can be used to judge whether the communication network can meet the application requirements or not,and can provide references for the optimization of the transport policies so as to improve the communication network effectiveness. 展开更多

Discrete fracture network(DFN) models have been proved to be effective tools for the characterisation of rock masses by using statistical distributions to generate realistic three-dimensional(3 D) representations of a natural fracture network. The quality of DFN modelling relies on the quality of the field data and their interpretation. In this context, advancements in remote data acquisition have now made it possible to acquire high-quality data potentially not accessible by conventional scanline and window mapping. This paper presents a comparison between aggregate and disaggregate approaches to define fracture sets, and their role with respect to the definition of key input parameters required to generate DFN models. The focal point of the discussion is the characterisation of in situ block size distribution(IBSD) using DFN methods. An application of IBSD is the assessment of rock mass quality through rock mass classification systems such as geological strength index(GSI). As DFN models are becoming an almost integral part of many geotechnical and mining engineering problems, the authors present a method whereby realistic representation of 3 D fracture networks and block size analysis are used to estimate GSI ratings, with emphasis on the limitations that exist in rock engineering design when assigning a unique GSI value to spatially variable rock masses. 展开更多

Having a universal, fair, democratic and practical higher education system plays a particularly important role in the future development of the country. However, the higher education system in various countries is uneven. It is of great significance to establish a general evaluation system for the development of global education. In this paper, 23 indicators are preliminarily selected from the education data of Universitas 21 and Global Statistical Yearbook. After the gray correlation analysis, 12 indicators were selected. On the one hand, principal component analysis is used to reduce the dimension of these 12 indicators in 50 countries, and the first four principal components with cumulative contribution rate of 99% are finally selected as the input parameters of BP neural network. On the other hand, 12 indicators are divided into four aspects as the standard of scheme decision-making. Finally, a higher education quality evaluation and decision-making model based on BP neural network and analytic hierarchy process are established. Then eight countries are selected to use the model to evaluate their current higher education quality. Based on the input and evaluation results of the four aspects of higher education in various countries, the analytic hierarchy process is used to make program decision, and several improvement suggestions are put forward for the current education policies of various countries. 展开更多

农业韧性及农业稳定性研究是农业高质量发展的关键议题。本研究从干扰力、稳定性和革新力3个维度构建农业韧性测度指标,测度长江流域11省区2011—2021年的农业韧性,运用社会网络分析其农业韧性的空间网络关联特征,并利用二元指派程序模... 农业韧性及农业稳定性研究是农业高质量发展的关键议题。本研究从干扰力、稳定性和革新力3个维度构建农业韧性测度指标,测度长江流域11省区2011—2021年的农业韧性,运用社会网络分析其农业韧性的空间网络关联特征,并利用二元指派程序模型进行驱动因素分析。结果表明:2011—2021年间,长江流域不同省区间农业韧性存在一定差异,但总体均值呈现上升趋势,从2011年的0.28上升至2021年的0.38;长江流域省区间农业韧性整体网络关联并不密切,通过个体网络与块模型分析发现,湖北省溢出关系数和受益关系数分别高达4和10,表明其在整体网络中扮演重要角色;农业人力资本、市场规模和生态治理水平对区域农业韧性具有显著正向影响,且模型解释强度达94.2%。为有效提高长江流域农业韧性,应促进农业区域协调共享发展、加强农业教育建设、不断深化农业体制改革与农业供给侧结构性改革和坚持生态治理工作。 展开更多

基于新发展理念,本文构建了包含数字生产力、协作生产力、绿色生产力、开放生产力和共享生产力的新质生产力发展水平综合评价指标体系,借助纵横向拉开档次法对我国各省份新质生产力发展水平进行测度,运用核密度估计、Dagum基尼系数、修... 基于新发展理念,本文构建了包含数字生产力、协作生产力、绿色生产力、开放生产力和共享生产力的新质生产力发展水平综合评价指标体系,借助纵横向拉开档次法对我国各省份新质生产力发展水平进行测度,运用核密度估计、Dagum基尼系数、修正的引力模型和社会网络分析方法刻画了新质生产力发展水平的动态演进、地区差异及空间关联特征。研究表明,2013—2023年我国新质生产力发展水平呈逐年跃升态势,总体呈现东高西低的分布格局;与中部地区展现出“双峰并峙”的态势不同,东部与西部地区的新质生产力发展水平呈现出“单峰驱动”的势头;随着创新驱动发展战略的深入推进,我国新质生产力发展呈现结构性失衡样态,非均衡特征日趋显著,地区间差距的扩大伴随着空间分化程度的提升;新质生产力的空间网络布局已实现从离散状态向集聚形态的系统性重构,宏观上形成了东稠西疏的核心–边缘格局;随着各省份在新质生产力关联网络中位势的动态跃迁,新质生产力的空间布局逐渐分化为华北板块、长江中下游与珠三角板块、东北与西北板块以及西部板块,但板块间的联动效应亟待强化。有鉴于此,应全面深化改革形成适应新质生产力的新型生产关系,立足地区资源禀赋,科学赋能新质生产力发展。同时,应深化区域协调发展战略以构筑稳固且高效的新质生产力联动网络,为经济高质量发展注入强劲动能。 展开更多

为实现水灾害防御、水资源保障、水生态修复及水环境提升目标,构建涵盖“涝水位达标率、常水位保证率、生态流速保障率、水质达标率”的城市水网一体化评价指标体系,同时构建考虑多源补水和多变污染环境的水动力-水质数值模型,并基于评... 为实现水灾害防御、水资源保障、水生态修复及水环境提升目标,构建涵盖“涝水位达标率、常水位保证率、生态流速保障率、水质达标率”的城市水网一体化评价指标体系,同时构建考虑多源补水和多变污染环境的水动力-水质数值模型,并基于评价指标体系和数值模型,对水系建设和运行指标进行迭代优化,创新性地考虑水网“建设指标-运行指标”双向反馈机制,整合水网物理指标优化与工程调度方案优化,形成完整的城市水网一体化优化方法,并将其用于雄安新区起步区,提出其水系建设与运行指标及水利工程调度方案。结果表明:优化后的起步区水系在遭遇百年一遇暴雨和“23·7”实测暴雨时,涝水位达标率均达100%,有效保障区域排涝安全;构建的涵盖常态补水、应急抗旱及雨洪净化等多模式联动的动态调控方案,实现常水位、生态流速及水质达标率均达到100%。研究成果验证该方法在提升城市水系韧性、增强生态服务功能方面具有显著效益,为高密度城市群水系统协同治理提供可推广的技术范式,对提升城市水系建设水平和区域生态环境质量具有重要实践价值。 展开更多

[目的]在油气田集输管网系统的能效评价中,通常未考虑气藏、井筒对集输管网系统的影响,建立的能效评价体系不够完善,无法直接反映三者之间的相互关系,导致评价结果难以体现整个生产系统的能效水平。东胜气田已进入低产低压阶段,单井产出差异大、液气比高、压降速度变化快等问题较为突出,亟需构建一套有针对性的评价方法,发现制约其能效的薄弱环节。[方法]基于现行的相关规范及东胜气田生产工艺,在集输管网系统能效评价的基础上,纳入井筒排采、气藏开发相关评价指标,建立了包含10项指标的气藏-井筒-集输管网系统一体化能效评价指标体系,并确定了指标边界值。根据各项指标的特点,建立了基于层次分析法-熵权法-模糊隶属函数法的能效评价混合算法。[结果]在东胜气田J区块的应用表明,工艺调整前其能效评分仅为58.4分,发现制约系统能效水平的关键因素包括排采效果不达标、压缩机组负荷率低及管道输送效率较低。结合气田生产情况,提出了优化排采工艺、调整管网结构等改进措施,调整后再次评分为81.83分,系统能效显著提升,符合现场实际需求。[结论]新建的能效综合评价体系与算法能够较好地反映不同生产工艺下气田的能效水平,可用于指导气田开展有效的工艺调整,应用实践表明所建立的能效评价指标体系及评价方法具有可行性。 展开更多
