摘要
风电和光伏等新能源的大规模接入对配电网的承载能力提出更高的要求,如何有效评估和提升配电网承载能力成为电网转型发展的关键问题。该文通过全面量化评估配电网运行状态,提出综合承载力系数模型,结合新能源接入容量,提出配电网综合承载力模型,并基于此提出一种面向配电网综合承载力提升的储能优化配置方法。首先,结合传统承载力概念与承载力评估方法,建立配电网综合承载力模型;然后,计及灵活性、可靠性、安全性、稳定性的配电网多维运行性能,构建配电网承载力评估指标体系;最后,构建面向配电网综合承载力提升的储能优化配置模型。算例结果表明,该文所提配置方法能够在保障经济效益的前提下最大化提升配电网新能源承载能力,实现配电网运行状态和新能源消纳水平的整体优化提升。
The large-scale integration of renewable energy sources such as wind turbines(WT)and photovoltaics(PV)poses higher requirements for the carrying capacity of the distribution network.How to effectively evaluate and improve the carrying capacity of the distribution network has become a key issue in the transformation and development of the power grid.This article comprehensively quantifies the operation status of the distribution network,proposes a comprehensive carrying capacity coefficient model,and combines the renewable energy access capacity to propose an extensive distribution network carrying capacity model.Based on this,an energy storage system(ESS)optimal allocation method for improving the comprehensive carrying capacity of the distribution network is proposed.Firstly,a comprehensive carrying capacity model for the distribution network is established by combining the traditional concept of carrying capacity with the assessment method of carrying capacity.Then,considering the multi-dimensional operational performance of the distribution network's flexibility,reliability,safety,and stability,a distribution network carrying capacity evaluation index system is constructed.Finally,an ESS optimal allocation model is built to improve the distribution network's comprehensive carrying capacity.The calculation results show that the allocation method proposed in this article can maximize the renewable energy carrying capacity of the distribution network while ensuring economic benefits and achieving overall optimization and improvement of the operation status and renewable energy consumption level of the distribution network.
