目的评估小学生人际关系与抑郁的关联,并探究社会支持和情绪管理在该路径中的链式中介作用。方法2023年12月采用多阶段分层整群抽样法,对湖南省4个农村地区4~6年级小学生进行问卷调查。采用一般调查问卷、人际关系和谐量表、社会支持量...目的评估小学生人际关系与抑郁的关联,并探究社会支持和情绪管理在该路径中的链式中介作用。方法2023年12月采用多阶段分层整群抽样法,对湖南省4个农村地区4~6年级小学生进行问卷调查。采用一般调查问卷、人际关系和谐量表、社会支持量表、情绪管理量表和患者健康问卷-9项抑郁症状群量表(patient health questionnaire-9 depression module,PHQ-9)收集资料。采用多因素非条件logistic回归分析相关因素与抑郁的关系,采用Bootstrap法进行链式中介效应分析。结果共调查3912名小学生,抑郁症状检出率为32.8%(95%CI:31.3%~34.3%)。人际关系和谐度(OR=0.31,95%CI:0.26~0.38)、社会支持(OR=0.33,95%CI:0.28~0.40)和情绪管理能力(OR=0.18,95%CI:0.15~0.22)均与抑郁呈负相关。链式中介分析表明,总间接效应占比27.24%,社会支持与情绪管理能力分别占总间接效应的11.93%和10.14%,二者联合中介效应为4.97%。结论社会支持和情绪管理可部分介导人际关系对小学生抑郁发生的影响,通过增强小学生社会支持、提升其情绪管理能力,有助于预防抑郁的发生。展开更多
