摘要
随着教育的发展,高校的班级管理面临新的挑战,主要有四个方面:学生的心理问题,学生的诚信问题,班级中的人际关系问题,班级管理中的公平问题。作为学生的管理者,只有切实处理好这些问题,才能促进学生全面发展,让学生成为有用之才。
With the development of education, there are four main problems about the management of universities＇ classes： psychological problems of students, credit of students, interpersonal relationship among students, justice of the management. As a manager, only by processing all the problems, can promote the students to develop comprehensively and enable the students to become useful talents.
