Methods: into our hospital from October 2019 to November 2021, 70 cases of patients with periodontitis, random number table method is divided into research group, control group, each 35 cases, control group patients to carry out periodontitis basic treatment, study group patients with metronidazole fenbufen combined with iodine glycerol treatment, in two groups of patients treatment effect, periodontitis related general indicators, inflammatory factors, etc. Results: the total treatment response rate of patients in the study group was higher than that of the control group, the bleeding index, plaque index and exploration depth were lower than that of the control group, and the levels of inflammatory factors such as C-reactive protein and interleukin-8 were lower than that of the control group, which was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: glycerol intervention for periodontitis patients can effectively improve the disease control effect and promote the improvement of bleeding index, plaque index and inflammatory factors.展开更多
