摘要
建立了一种测定芬布芬的流动注射化学发光新方法.在1.0×10-7~9.0×10-6 g/mL范围内,高锰酸钾-甲醛体系的相对化学发光强度与芬布芬浓度呈良好的线性关系,方法的检出限为1.5×10-7 g/mL.对1.0×10-6 g/mL芬布芬平行测定11次,相对标准偏差为1.0%.本方法可应用于片剂中芬布芬的测定,结果显示回收率为94%~97%.
A novel flow-injection chemiluminescence method was developed for the determination of fenbufen in this paper.The CL conditions of the system were investigated and optimized.The results indicated that the relative CL intensity was linear over the concentration of fenbufen ranging from 1.0 × 10-7 to 9.0 × 10-6 g/mL.The detection limit is 1.5 × 10-7 g/mL and the relative standard deviation is 1.0% for 11 times measurements of 1.0 × 10-6 g/mL standard solution.This method has been successfully applied to the determination of fenbufen in tablets with a recovery range of 94 %~97 %.
