Quality engineers play a key role in software product development,covering various stages such as requirements analysis,design,coding,testing,and delivery.Its responsibilities include formulating quality standards,wri...Quality engineers play a key role in software product development,covering various stages such as requirements analysis,design,coding,testing,and delivery.Its responsibilities include formulating quality standards,writing test cases,conducting functional and performance tests,and optimizing the product based on feedback.In government procurement projects,quality evaluation focuses on process compliance,security,and functional compatibility.KPI evaluation trees are commonly used for quantitative assessment,and a dynamic adjustment mechanism for indicators needs to be established to cope with complex demands.In addition,risk-driven testing and agile development should be combined to set up quality access control to ensure that each iteration version meets expectations.The multi-dimensional quality assurance and verification scoring mechanism can effectively enhance product reliability and reduce project risks.展开更多
To fight against invasion by pathogens,plants have evolved an elaborate innate immune system,of which the nucleotide-binding domain leucine-rich repeat-containing receptor(NLR)acts as the sensor and immune executor.Po...To fight against invasion by pathogens,plants have evolved an elaborate innate immune system,of which the nucleotide-binding domain leucine-rich repeat-containing receptor(NLR)acts as the sensor and immune executor.Potyviruses,comprising one of the largest genera of plant viruses,cause severe crop yield losses worldwide.Inherited crop resistance to potyviruses can be used in breeding and plant transgenesis to control disease development.This review summarizes achievements in mapping and cloning NLR genes conferring dominant resistance against potyvirus in the families Fabaceae,Solanaceae,Brassicaceae,and Cucurbitaceae.It compares mechanisms of potyviral protein recognition and downstream signaling employed by NLRs and discusses strategies for exploiting NLRs to better control diseases caused by potyviruses.展开更多

In the realm of photoenergy conversion,the scarcity of efficient light-driven semiconductors poses a significant obstacle to the advancement of photocatalysis,highlighting the critical need for researchers to explore ...In the realm of photoenergy conversion,the scarcity of efficient light-driven semiconductors poses a significant obstacle to the advancement of photocatalysis,highlighting the critical need for researchers to explore novel semiconductor materials.Herein,we present the inaugural synthesis of a novel semiconductor,CdNCN,under mild conditions,while shedding light on its formation mechanism.By effectively harnessing the[NCN]^(2⁻)moiety in the thiourea process,we successfully achieve the one-pot synthesis of CdNCN-CdS heterostructure photocatalysts.Notably,the optimal CdNCN-CdS sample demonstrates a hydrogen evolution rate of 14.7 mmol g^(-1)h^(-1)under visible light irradiation,establishing itself as the most efficient catalyst among all reported CdS-based composites without any cocatalysts.This outstanding hydrogen evolution performance of CdNCN-CdS primarily arises from two key factors:i)the establishment of an atomic-level N-Cd-S heterostructure at the interface between CdNCN and CdS,which facilitating highly efficient electron transfer;ii)the directed transfer of electrons to the(110)crystal plane of CdNCN,promoting optimal hydrogen adsorption and active participation in the hydrogen evolution reaction.This study provides a new method for synthesizing CdNCN materials and offers insights into the design and preparation of innovative atomic-level composite semiconductor photocatalysts.展开更多
