摘要
采用基于特征的造型机制,对轴流泵叶轮的三维自动建模系统进行了研究。所提出的叶轮建模系统基于Pro Engineer设计软件,采用二次开发工具Pro Toolkit开发完成。文中重点分析了特征描述法、族表法、用户自定义特征法等三种造型方法的特点及适用性,提出了叶轮轮毂体采用特征描述法、叶片采用用户自定义特征法的基本造型策略。给出了系统的技术路线、轮毂体及叶片自动建模的核心代码。造型实例证明了本方法具有适用性强、速度快的特点,为进行高效率的轴流泵CAD及高精度的流场计算(CFD)提供了一种新的途径。
The technique of feature-based solid forming is adopted to establish the automatic modeling system of axial flow pump impeller.The system is based on a CAD software namely Pro/Engineer.It developed with the secondary development tool,Pro/Toolkit.The characteristic and applicability of three modeling methods including feature describing,family table and user-defined feature are discussed in detail.On this basis,the techniques of modeling the hub by means of feature describing and modeling the blade with user-defined feature are developed.Example shows that the proposed technique is practical and effective.
