But little study has been performed for the reasonable selection of some cold end parameters of steam turbine. The steam turbine cold end parameters defined in actual engineering project are somewhat unreasonable frequently. This paper describes some opinions for selecting some of the steam turbine cold end parameters, especially that of the turbine design back pressure and low pressure cylinder last stage blade length based on the regional features of meteorological conditions in China in association with the optimization of thermal power plant circulating water system.展开更多

Many factors influenc...The operation condition of the cold-end system of a steam turbine has a direct impact on the economy and security of the unit as it is an indispensible auxiliary system of the thermal power unit. Many factors influence the cold- end operation of a steam turbine; therefore, the operation mode needs to be optimized. The optimization analysis of a 1000 MW ultra-supercritical (USC) unit, the turbine cold- end system, was performed utilizing the back propagation (BP) neural network method with genetic algorithm (GA) optimization analysis. The optimized condenser pressure under different conditions was obtained, and it turned out that the optimized parameters were of significance to the performance and economic operation of the system.展开更多
冷端系统运行优化一直以来是热力发电厂提质增效的有效措施。针对配置两台汽轮发电机组的母管制垃圾焚烧发电厂,采取变工况计算方法对组成冷端系统的各热力设备分别建立数学模型,然后进行各子模型耦合和参数关联,最终建立机组净发电功...冷端系统运行优化一直以来是热力发电厂提质增效的有效措施。针对配置两台汽轮发电机组的母管制垃圾焚烧发电厂,采取变工况计算方法对组成冷端系统的各热力设备分别建立数学模型,然后进行各子模型耦合和参数关联,最终建立机组净发电功率目标函数。采用粒子群算法(PSO)寻优计算,同时给出使机组净发电功率最大时对应的循环水流量和冷却塔冷却风流量。结果表明:与优化前相比,单台机组运行时,净发电功率平均可增加91.1 k W;两台机组同时运行时,总净发电功率平均可增加157.6 k W。所构建模型能给垃圾焚烧发电厂每年带来约50万~80万元的发电效益。展开更多
