摘要
火力发电厂的冷端系统对机组经济性影响的重要程度已引起工程界的高度重视。现有的研究成果大多限于对冷端系统内的单个设备 (如凝汽器、循环水泵和冷却塔等 )进行分析和讨论 ,从冷端系统整体的角度 ,正确评价系统运行经济性的诊断理论一直是一个空白。缺少一套冷端系统评价指标、相关设备的性能指标和各因素对影响经济性的诊断理论及定量计算方法。针对现有的冷端系统经济性诊断指标存在的不足 ,提出了一种新的诊断方法──基准值诊断方法 ,将冷端系统内的众多因素划归为相关设备的性能指标和子系统的系统参数 ,通过三阶指标体系逐层分解 ,建立起每一个影响因素与供电煤耗率之间的联系。为冷端系统节能提供了定量分析方法 ,并通过实例验证了该诊断方法的正确性。
The importance of the cold end system on the efficiency of power plant is highly recognized for the engineers. At present, the each equipment of the cold end system, such as the condenser,circulation water pump and the cooling tower, had been mostly discussed in equipment performance.Take the cold end system as a whole , while the diagnostic theory for evaluating the operation economics of the cold end system has never been studied. It lacks of a complete thermo economics diagnosis theory and a quantitative calculation method about considering the operation characteristics of equipment relating to cold end system, the detailed research is carried out for the whole system in the following subjects: the power index evaluation system, the performance indicator and the diagnostic method of each equipment, and the quantitative calculation method for various factors influencing unit efficiency. A new method named as 'the reference value diagnosis method' is put forward for evaluating the operation economics of the cold end system in coal fired power plant. With this method, the various facters in the cold end system are classified as the performance indicator of relevant equipment and the parameter of its sub system, the cold end system was taken as a whole unit, thus a three order power index evaluation system is established, and the relationship between the performance indicator and influencing factor is defined.Consequently the interrelation between each facter and the net coal consumption rate are all established. The correctness and availability of this method are verified by the operation data of the practical steam power unit.
