摘要
针对目前国内凝汽式汽轮机冷端系统运行优化存在的问题,从电厂汽轮机冷端系统实际出发,在确定凝汽器的最佳真空和最佳冷却水量时,除考虑了传统的因素外,还考虑水资源使用费用和冷却水热污染的环保费用,使冷端系统运行优化更加贴合实际。研究过程中,并以国产600MW凝汽式机组为例,对汽轮机冷端系统进行了运行优化分析和计算,收到了满意的效果。
According to the problems of condensing steam turbine cold end system at home, this article takes the steam turbine cold end system in power plant from actual conditions, in determining the optimized vacuum and circulation water flow ,the traditional factors, hot pollution cost and expenditure cost of the cooling water have been considered. So it is more fit to reality. In the course of study,taking the domestic 6OOMW condensing unit as an example, the nmning optimization of steam turbine cold end system is analyzed and calculated, and the satisfactory results have been reached.
