Objective:To evaluate Tpeak-Tend (Tp-e) interval in surface standard ECG as a new risk factor for arrhythmic event in patient with Brugada syndrome. Methods: 23 male patients with Brugada syndrome and 20 male patients with paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia (PSVT) as the control group were investigated in this study. Tp-e interval in surface standard ECG was compared between BrS and PSVT patients. Results: Tp-e interval in BrS patients was significantly longer than that in PSVT patients (109.57±22.86 ms vs. 88.50±13.08ms, P〈0.05). There was significant difference in Tp-e interval between 16 BrS patients with arrhythmic events (including syncope, clinical ventricular fibrillation [VF] and programmed electrica/ stimulation [PES]-induced VF) and 7 BrS patients without arrhythmic events and PSVT patients (118.12±20.40ms vs. 90.00±15.27ms, P〈0.05; 118.12±20.40ms vs. 88.50±13.08ms, P〈0.05). However, Tp-e interval was similar in BrS patients without arrhythmic events and PSVT patients (90.00±15.27ms vs 88.50±13.08ms, P〉0.05). Conclusion: The prolongation of Tp-e interval could serve as a new noninvasive event predictor for arrhythmic events in patients with Brugada syndrome. 展开更多

基于杨树抚育废弃物基质的菌袋制备工艺对平菇生产的影响

以杨树抚育修剪的枝桠废弃物为主料,研究常压灭菌、高压灭菌、发酵料短时高温灭菌和发酵料不灭菌4种不同菌袋制备工艺对平菇生产的影响。结果表明,高压灭菌和常压灭菌处理的平菇菌袋发菌速度较快;在常压灭菌的基质上生长的平菇菌丝表现... 以杨树抚育修剪的枝桠废弃物为主料,研究常压灭菌、高压灭菌、发酵料短时高温灭菌和发酵料不灭菌4种不同菌袋制备工艺对平菇生产的影响。结果表明,高压灭菌和常压灭菌处理的平菇菌袋发菌速度较快;在常压灭菌的基质上生长的平菇菌丝表现出较稳定的漆酶活性和较高的锰过氧化物酶活性,更有利于基质中木质素的分解利用,出菇结束的培养料木质素相对含量较初始料降低幅度最大。在以杨树抚育废弃物为基质主料的处理中,常压灭菌处理出菇的生物学效率最高,为102.23%,袋均产值为4.10元,经济效益最高。但与常规生产方式相比,以杨树抚育废弃物为主要原料栽培平菇的生物学效率较低,经济效益还有一定差距,仍需进一步改进林业废弃物基质利用技术。 展开更多

基于泰森多边形图法的樟子松人工林林分空间结构参数与林分优化

利用泰森多边形(Voronoi)图法和n=4法构建樟子松人工林林分空间结构单元,比较2种方法计算林分空间结构参数的差异,并使用Voronoi图法计算单木空间结构综合指数(Q)以进行林分优化,了解Voronoi图法在樟子松人工林森林结构参数计算与林分... 利用泰森多边形(Voronoi)图法和n=4法构建樟子松人工林林分空间结构单元,比较2种方法计算林分空间结构参数的差异,并使用Voronoi图法计算单木空间结构综合指数(Q)以进行林分优化,了解Voronoi图法在樟子松人工林森林结构参数计算与林分优化上的优势。以黑龙江省佳木斯市孟家岗林场22、31、43 a林龄的樟子松人工林固定样地为研究对象,采用Voronoi图法和n=4法确定林木空间结构单元,分别计算每个样地的大小比数(U)、角尺度(W)、竞争指数(CI)和开敞度(K)。对使用这2种方法计算的结果进行差异显著性检验,并基于上述参数构建单木空间结构综合指数,确定林分的间伐木,模拟不同间伐强度(10%、20%和30%)下林分空间结构优化的效果。对于樟子松人工林,Voronoi图法计算的W、CI和K与n=4法的计算结果差异极显著(P<0.01)。利用Voronoi图法计算Q,选择采伐木,按10%、20%和30%强度进行间伐。间伐后林分的平均胸径分别增加0.27、1.03、1.47 cm;U分别下降7.17%、24.80%和38.93%;W分别下降27.98%、55.65%和69.35%;CI分别下降19.62%、35.74%和47.78%;K分别提高6.37%、16.67%和28.92%;Q分别提高84.91%、248.12%和530.87%。模拟3种间伐强度下各数值的变化,结果表明,间伐使林分各参数得到改善,总体空间结构得到优化,其中以30%间伐强度的间伐效果最为明显。因此,Voronoi图法是构建森林空间单元、计算林分空间结构参数、优化林分结构的有效方法,该方法为加强森林管理实践和实现可持续林分优化提供强有力的框架。 展开更多

基于蛋白质组学技术探讨干旱环境对大鼠肺组织蛋白表达的影响

目的:筛选干旱环境中大鼠肺组织差异表达蛋白,探寻“燥易伤肺”及机体习服干旱环境机制的研究靶点。方法:20只SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组和干旱组,分别饲养在SPF环境和人工气候箱模拟的干旱环境中,干预结束后常规取材。采用蛋白质组学技... 目的:筛选干旱环境中大鼠肺组织差异表达蛋白,探寻“燥易伤肺”及机体习服干旱环境机制的研究靶点。方法:20只SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组和干旱组,分别饲养在SPF环境和人工气候箱模拟的干旱环境中,干预结束后常规取材。采用蛋白质组学技术筛选干旱组大鼠肺差异表达蛋白,Western Blot和免疫组化法验证候选靶标,HE染色观察肺组织形态。结果:层次聚类分析显示两组组间呈现明显的差异表达蛋白分组模式;882个差异表达蛋白主要与信号转导机制、蛋白质翻译后修饰等有关,且多定位在细胞质、细胞核、与分泌到胞外过程相关的亚细胞结构,主要富集在细胞代谢过程等生物过程,细胞器、细胞内细胞器等细胞组成,同时与蛋白质结合、催化活性等分子功能,黏附连接、黏着斑等通路密切相关;蛋白互作网络分析中TRAF3、Myh10等在干旱组大鼠肺组织中较为关键。Western Blot及免疫组化均显示干旱组较正常对照组大鼠肺TRAF3、SP-A上调(P<0.01,P<0.05),XPR1、SP-D下调(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:长期干旱环境胁迫可引起健康大鼠肺组织蛋白表达发生变化,其中肺SP-A、SP-D、TRAF3、XPR1表达量的变化是“燥易伤肺”或机体习服干旱环境的分子学基础。 展开更多

抚育间伐对杉木人工林地被层的影响

【目的】研究抚育间伐强度对杉木人工林地被层及关联因子土壤理化性质的影响,为杉木人工林可持续经营提供理论依据。【方法】以21年生杉木人工纯林为研究对象,根据株数间伐强度设置对照(CK,不间伐)、轻度间伐(T1,20%)、中度间伐(T2,30%... 【目的】研究抚育间伐强度对杉木人工林地被层及关联因子土壤理化性质的影响,为杉木人工林可持续经营提供理论依据。【方法】以21年生杉木人工纯林为研究对象,根据株数间伐强度设置对照(CK,不间伐)、轻度间伐(T1,20%)、中度间伐(T2,30%)、重度间伐(T3,40%)4种处理,每处理3次重复,连续5 a观测枯落物、林下植被等指标。【结果】间伐5 a后,杉木人工林林地针叶枯落物年均增长量随间伐强度的增大而减少,其大小排序为CK>T1>T2>T3,阔叶枯落物年均增长量随间伐强度的增大而增加,其大小排序为T3>T2>T1>CK,且两者各处理间均达到显著水平(P<0.05);枯落物总累积量随间伐强度的增加总体呈现平衡—递减—平衡—递增的变化趋势,至2022年,枯落物总累积量排序为T3>T2>T1>CK,且T3与CK之间存在显著差异(P<0.05);抚育间伐5 a后,林下植被Margalef指数、Pielou指数、Shannon-Wiener指数和Simpson指数的变化量随间伐强度的增大均呈增加趋势,T3与其他处理间存在显著差异(P<0.05)。相关性分析表明,阔叶枯落物与土壤全氮、最大持水量、pH值、全磷、全钾、有机碳和总孔隙度呈正相关,针叶枯落物与pH值、全磷和全钾呈负相关。【结论】抚育间伐能改变杉木人工林枯落物的组成,提升阔叶枯落物的占比,增加林下植被种类,丰富生物多样性,提高林地土壤肥力,有利于杉木人工林的可持续经营。 展开更多

基于加卸载响应比的前震识别方法应用及实例检验

为了验证改进的加卸载响应比方法在前震识别中的有效性,对基于该方法开发的前震识别系统自动产出的地震预测结果进行整理分析。统计2021年10月—2024年4月中国大陆西部地区190次4级以上非前震地震,发现处于固体潮加载阶段的地震占比为35... 为了验证改进的加卸载响应比方法在前震识别中的有效性,对基于该方法开发的前震识别系统自动产出的地震预测结果进行整理分析。统计2021年10月—2024年4月中国大陆西部地区190次4级以上非前震地震,发现处于固体潮加载阶段的地震占比为35.8%,卸载阶段占比更大,为64.2%。统计了2021年5月21日云南漾濞6.4级地震的4次前震、2021年12月24日老挝6.0级地震的2次前震和2022年6月10日四川马尔康6.0级地震的3次前震的固体潮的加卸载状态,发现所有前震均在固体潮加载阶段发生。结合前震判定和震后趋势分析的“交通灯”模型,对2024年4月10日新疆拜城5.6级震群、1月23日新疆乌什7.1级余震序列以及4月3日台湾花莲7.3级地震的2次强余震(6.3级、6.2级)的加卸载判定结果进行研究,并对原震区后续强震危险性进行了分析,结果显示加载地震后发生更强地震的情况与后续实际地震发震情况较为符合。通过R值评分和概率增益分析可知,在95%置信度下,R>R_(0)、概率增益Gain>1,表示基于LURR的前震识别方法能够通过显著性检验,并且有较好的预测效能,说明该方法适用于中国大陆西部地区震后趋势的实时判定。 展开更多

Background: Prolongation of the Tpeak-Tend (TpTe) interval as a measurement of transmural dispersion of repolarization (TDR) is an independent risk factor for chronic heart failure mortality, However, the cardiac resynchronization therapy's (CRT) effect on TDR is controversial. Therefore, this study aimed to evaluate CRTs acute and chronic effects on repolarization dispersion. Furthermore, we aimed to investigate the relationship between TpTe changes and ventricular arrbythmia. Methods: The study group consisted of 101 patients treated with CRT-defibrillator (CRT-D). According to whether TpTe was shortened, patients were grouped at immediate and l-year follow-up after CRT, respectively. The echocardiogram index and ventricular arrhythmia were observed and compared in these subgroups. Results: For all patients, TpTe slightly increased immediately after CRT-D implantation, and then decreased at the l -year follow-up (from 107 ± 23 to 110 ± 21 rns within 24 h, to 94 ± 24 ms at 1-year follow-up, F 19.366, P 〈 0.001). No significant difference in the left ventricular reverse remodeling and ventricular tachycardia/ventricular fibrillation (VT/VF) episodes between the TpTe immediately shortened and TpTe immediately nonshortened groups. However, patients in the TpTe at l-year shorten had a higher rate of the lelt ventricular (LV) reverse remodeling (65% vs. 44%, Z2 = 4.495, P - 0.038) and less VT/VF episodes (log-rank test, X2 - 10.207, P = 0.001 ) compared with TpTe I-year nonshortened group. TpTe immediately alter CRT-D independently predicted VT/VF episodes at l-year follow-up (hazard ratio [HR], 1.030; P = 0.001 ). Conclusions: Patients with TpTe shortened at l -year after CRT had a higher rate of LV reverse remodeling and less VT/VF episodes. The acute changes of TpTe after CRT have minimal value on mechanical reverse remodeling and ventricular arrhythmia. 展开更多
