To break through the development bottleneck of architecture specialty,it should think about how to realize the high-quality cultivation of talents through the adjustment of teaching system.Reform path of architecture under the collaborative education of "production,teaching and research" and its application effect are systemically studied.By analyzing the relationship among production,teaching and scientific research,the essence of integration and mutual assistance among the three is analyzed.A series of teaching reforms are carried out on the reform principles of teaching content,setting principles of practice curriculum and implementation paths of practice curriculum in the theoretical and practical courses of architecture specialty.The purpose is to make the achievements of scientific research and production contribute to the development of teaching,so that the three sections of "production,teaching and research" form a benign interaction,mutual assistance and common promotion.This teaching system under the collaborative education of "production,teaching and research" is of positive significance to the cultivation of architectural talents’ innovative ability,practical ability and comprehensive ability. 展开更多

Huashan rock painting is a representative of the rock art complex in Zuojiang River in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,and it is the largest and the most well preserved rock painting found in China,with a wide distribution of locations and the richest content of images.Due to its grand scale,spectacular scenes,and numerous images,it has become a typical representative of rock painting in Zuojiang River basin of Guangxi and is famous all over the world.In 1988,it was announced as a key cultural relics protection unit by the State Council,and in 2016,“Zuojiang River Huashan Rock Art Cultural Landscape”was successfully applied for the List of World Heritage,which makes it important to the inheritance and protection of Huashan rock paintings.In the past 10 years,with the successful holding of China-ASEAN Expo,the distinctive tourist products of Guangxi Zhuang nationality and the culture creative product industry have been vigorously developed and recognized by domestic and foreign markets.The culture of Guangxi Zuojiang Huashan rock painting can be presented in the form of cultural and creative products,so that Guangxi Zuojiang River Huashan rock art can be known by more people. 展开更多

目的:探索SanderⅢ矫治器的制作并研究其矫治AngleⅢ类前牙反牙合畸形的矫治疗效。方法:随机选择西安交通大学口腔医院2013年-2015年正畸科门诊AngleⅢ类前牙反牙合畸形患者20例,配戴由同一人制作的SanderⅢ矫治器10个月,将治疗前后患... 目的:探索SanderⅢ矫治器的制作并研究其矫治AngleⅢ类前牙反牙合畸形的矫治疗效。方法:随机选择西安交通大学口腔医院2013年-2015年正畸科门诊AngleⅢ类前牙反牙合畸形患者20例,配戴由同一人制作的SanderⅢ矫治器10个月,将治疗前后患者的头颅定位侧位片用Steiner和Tweed分析法测量,再用Spss18.0统计软件进行配对t检验。结果:20例患者,有12例按要求配戴矫治器,临床结果显示AngleⅢ牙性、功能性和轻度骨性患者的反牙合畸形纠正,SNA角、ANB角、U1-L1角和面突角统计数据显示,有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:采用简单方法制作SanderⅢ矫治器,经济实用;对矫治AngleⅢ牙性、功能性和轻度骨性患者的前牙反牙合畸形的矫治效果良好,面型改变明显,但对家族性骨性Ⅲ类临床效果不显著。 展开更多

Anion exchange membrane(AEM),as a kind of key membrane materials,has shown great application potential in many electrochemical fields,and remarkable progress has been made in related research in recent years.In this paper,the research status of AEM is reviewed,including its material design,preparation method,performance optimization and application in the fields of hydrogen production by electrolytic water,fuel cell and water treatment.In terms of material design,new polymer skeleton structures are emerging to regulate the stability of ion conduction channels and membranes by introducing specific functional groups or changing the molecular chain structure.The preparation methods have been gradually expanded from the traditional solution casting method to more advanced technologies,such as interfacial polymerization and electrostatic spinning,which effectively improve the microstructure and property uniformity of the film.Performance optimization focuses on improving ion conductivity,reducing membrane swelling rate and enhancing chemical stability,and a variety of modification strategies are developed and applied.Despite the achievements made so far,there are still some challenges,such as the lack of long-term stability in highly alkaline environments.Future research needs to further explore new material systems and preparation processes in order to promote the wide application and sustainable development of AEM technology in energy,environmental protection and other fields. 展开更多

基础研究具有前瞻性和战略性,是孕育原始创新的源泉,同时也面临高风险和高不确定性,企业开展基础研究能否提升产品创新绩效一直备受争议。本文以2007—2022年中国医药制造企业为样本,建立面板负二项模型,检验纯基础研究和应用导向型基... 基础研究具有前瞻性和战略性,是孕育原始创新的源泉,同时也面临高风险和高不确定性,企业开展基础研究能否提升产品创新绩效一直备受争议。本文以2007—2022年中国医药制造企业为样本,建立面板负二项模型,检验纯基础研究和应用导向型基础研究与企业产品创新绩效的关系,以及吸收能力和地区知识产权保护的调节作用。研究发现:(1)纯基础研究与企业产品创新绩效存在U型关系,应用导向型基础研究对企业产品创新绩效具有显著正向影响。(2)企业吸收能力越弱,纯基础研究与产品创新绩效U型曲线的形状越扁平,应用导向型基础研究对产品创新绩效的促进作用越弱。(3)地区知识产权保护强度越高,纯基础研究与企业产品创新绩效U型曲线的形状越陡峭,应用导向型基础研究对企业产品创新绩效的促进作用越强。研究结果揭示了不同类型基础研究对企业产品创新绩效的影响效果和边界条件,对企业提升产品创新绩效具有一定的启示。 展开更多

目的借理清“生熟异用”理论源流、整理升麻生熟异用古今用药经验及现代研究进展,为升麻炮制机理研究奠定文献基础。方法通过系统查阅相关本草著作及古今医案,从“生熟异用”临床用药经验、理论形成过程及与中药炮制关系挖掘其源流轨迹... 目的借理清“生熟异用”理论源流、整理升麻生熟异用古今用药经验及现代研究进展,为升麻炮制机理研究奠定文献基础。方法通过系统查阅相关本草著作及古今医案,从“生熟异用”临床用药经验、理论形成过程及与中药炮制关系挖掘其源流轨迹;通过本草考证系统梳理升麻炮制方法历史演变、升麻生制饮片临床用药经验;通过查阅文献整理升麻生熟异用的现代研究情况。结果“生熟异用”用药经验始见于东汉,理论形成于金元,明清时期则用于指导中药炮制,这一应用扩大了中药饮片品种,丰富了中药炮制理论。此外,升麻炮制方法多样,包括蜜炙、土炒、酒炙等,且自古就有升麻生品解毒、制品升阳的用药之异。结论升麻生熟异用历史悠久,加快研究升麻生熟异用药效物质基础及炮制机理,有助于加深对中药炮制“生熟异用”理论科学内涵的认识。总之,综述整理了“生熟异用”理论源流轨迹、升麻饮片用药经验及现代研究进展,为中药“生熟异用”理论的精准认识、中药升麻生熟异治的用药特点、不同升麻饮片合理临床应用提供参考。 展开更多
