In the method, all the possible movements for decision making units (DMUs) are listed, and the condition that several DMUs lie on the productivity frontier is analyzed. The dynamic efficiencies of Chinese listed power companies from 1997 to 2006 were evaluated. The empirical results indicate that the improved method is effective.展开更多
在大数据、人工智能等新一代数字技术飞速发展的背景下,为科学评价传统电建企业的科技创新能力,该文开展了相关研究。研究基于中国经济金融研究数据库(China stock market&accounting research database,CSMAR),选取12家上市电建企...在大数据、人工智能等新一代数字技术飞速发展的背景下,为科学评价传统电建企业的科技创新能力,该文开展了相关研究。研究基于中国经济金融研究数据库(China stock market&accounting research database,CSMAR),选取12家上市电建企业共11项科技创新相关的指标数据,借助社会科学统计软件(statistical package for the social sciences,SPSS),经过数据预处理、前提判断、主成分分析等大数据分析技术,得到影响上市电建企业科技创新能力的重要因子。同时,根据因子得分矩阵及方差贡献百分比构建评价模型,对12家企业的科技创新能力进行评价。评价结果显示,中国交建在研发创新能力和投入上表现都比较优异;中国电建和中国建筑综合评价较好,但研发创新投入仍有不足;隧道股份、龙建股份、中国核建研发创新投入表现较好,然而研发创新能力相对薄弱;安徽建工、宁波建工、山西建工则在能力和投入上都均显欠缺。该文构建的评价体系能够为电建企业明确科技创新能力提升方向提供有力指引。展开更多
