Undergraduate medical immunology education is an important part of the basic course of medical higher education in our country.As an important basic course for medical students,medical immunology teaching has shown all kinds of deficiencies in the teaching effect by using the traditional teaching model of classroom teaching.Combined with the teaching characteristics and teaching difficulties of medical immunology,it is found in the teaching practice that in the key stage of traditional teaching,the combination of PBL and RISE teaching method of case teaching can integrate the previous learning knowledge of medical immunology through students’independent learning,and stimulate students’interest in learning.It can improve students’ability to connect immunology theory with clinical diseases and public health immunological events,and improve students’comprehensive ability to further learn medical immunology knowledge and other related disciplines in the next stage.A good teaching effect has been achieved. 展开更多

Basic anesthesiology is a core course in anesthesiology education,and it is crucial to improve its teaching effectiveness.This proposal focuses on optimizing the lesson preparation and teaching methods for basic anesthesiology based on competency.A comprehensive anesthesiologist competency model is established,covering clinical knowledge,crisis management,doctor-patient communication,and research innovation.The course objectives and content are restructured to integrate core knowledge with competency elements.In terms of lesson preparation,a layered teaching design is adopted,incorporating real case libraries and ideological and political elements.The teaching approach adopts a blended teaching mode,utilizing diverse methods.Additionally,the teaching evaluation system is also reformed based on Miller’s Pyramid.This optimized model aims to enhance students’clinical thinking,operational skills,and professional qualities,while reducing the job adaptation period. 展开更多

By analyzing the urgent demand for digital talents in the current landscape industry and the challenges faced by the traditional teaching mode,this study aims to explore a set of teaching methodology reform solutions based on digital technology to improve the quality of teaching and enhance the practical innovation ability of students.The study firstly describes the application of digital technologies such as CAD/BIM,3D modelling and rendering,virtual reality(VR)/augmented reality(AR),and geographic information system(GIS)in the field of landscape architecture.Then,the current teaching status of plant configuration and landscape architecture courses is analyzed,and the advantages and challenges of digital technology applications are identified.On this basis,this study proposes a multi-dimensional reform path and practice plan including the reconstruction of teaching objectives and content,innovation of teaching mode,improvement of teaching strategies and methods,as well as the construction of teaching resources and the reform of teaching evaluation,guided by modern educational theories such as constructivism,collaborative learning and project-based learning(PBL).Finally,this study emphasizes the key roles of faculty construction,optimization of hardware and software environment,and teaching management and institutional guarantee in the reform. 展开更多

Practical Exploration of the“Six-Step”Situational Teaching Method in Operating Room Nursing Education

Objective:To explore the application effectiveness of the“Six-Step”Scenario-Based Teaching Method in operating room nursing education.Methods:Seventy nursing students undergoing clinical training in the operating room of a certain hospital from January 2024 to June 2025 were selected.They were randomly divided into an observation group(n=35)and a control group(n=35)using a random number table.The control group received traditional“mentor-apprentice”on-the-job training,while the observation group underwent the“six-step”scenario-based teaching method.The two groups were compared on final assessment scores,comprehensive competency,surgical nursing emergency response ability,and teaching satisfaction indicators.Results:The observation group achieved significantly higher final assessment scores(85.54±5.05)than the control group(78.63±4.75);After instruction,the observation group scored significantly higher than the control group in:mastery of basic duties and procedures(4.22±0.30 vs.3.98±0.30),understanding of surgical nursing essentials(4.39±0.19 vs.3.98±0.30),proficiency in surgical assistance(4.11±0.33 vs.3.98±0.30),aseptic awareness(4.32±0.24 vs.3.98±0.30),risk awareness(4.22±0.17 vs.3.98±0.30),and occupational safety awareness(4.01±0.23 vs.3.98±0.30).(4.01±0.23),which were significantly higher than the control group’s scores(3.36±0.28),(3.14±0.27),(3.29±0.24),(3.53±0.36),(3.17±0.25),and(3.51±0.18),respectively.Students in the observation group scored significantly higher than the control group in emergency hands-on skills(24.53±1.85 points),surgical coordination skills(27.65±1.87 points),emergency coordination skills(25.34±1.83 points),and patient condition observation skills(24.34±1.79 points)were significantly higher than those of the control group(20.78±1.74 points,26.31±1.95 points,22.92±1.69 points,and 21.58±1.77 points,respectively).The satisfaction rate with operating room nursing education among students in the observation group(97.00%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(77.00%).All differences were statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion:The“Six-Step”Scenario-Based Teaching Method effectively enhances operating room students’mastery of theoretical knowledge,practical skills,and core comprehensive abilities,while significantly improving their teaching satisfaction.It warrants promotion and application in operating room nursing education. 展开更多

Objective:To explore the application value of a new empowerment teaching method based on Kirkpatrick’s evaluation model in teaching Chinese medicine nursing in otorhinolaryngology.Methods:60 nurses who practiced in the otolaryngology department of our hospital from June 2022 to October 2024 were included in the study and equally divided into two groups using a convenient sampling method.30 nurses who chose traditional Chinese medicine skill teaching management were included in the control group,and 30 nurses who chose the new empowerment teaching method based on Kirkpatrick’s evaluation model were included in the observation group.Relevant indicators such as clinical teaching environment perception,theoretical knowledge scores of Chinese medicine nursing,and excellent rate of practical operation assessment were compared.Results:The nurses in the observation group had higher scores for clinical teaching environment perception than the control group(P<0.05).However,the midterm and final exam scores for theoretical knowledge of Chinese medicine nursing were higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had a higher excellent rate of practical operation assessment(93.33%>73.33%)and a higher Chinese medicine nursing ability score[(215.69±19.73)points>(184.87±15.66)points](P<0.05).Conclusion:Applying the new empowerment teaching method based on Kirkpatrick’s evaluation model to Chinese medicine nursing teaching in otolaryngology can help nurses understand the theoretical knowledge of Chinese medicine nursing and optimize the clinical teaching environment,thereby promoting their practical skills and Chinese medicine nursing abilities. 展开更多

Objective:To explore the effect of implementing the case-based three-dimensional teaching method guided by evidence-based thinking in the teaching of trainee nurses in the rehabilitation department.Method:Eighty nursing practice nurses who were conducting clinical practice learning in the Rehabilitation Department of Deyang People’s Hospital from June 2024 to May 2025 were selected as the research subjects.By using the controlled grouping method,the practice nurses from June 2024 to November 2024 were taken as the control group(n=40).The period from December 2024 to May 2025 was taken as the experimental group(n=40 students),the control group was taught by traditional teaching methods,and the experimental group was taught by evidence-based nursing combined with case teaching method.The clinical thinking ability,autonomous learning ability,exit assessment scores and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of intern nurses at the time of leaving the department were compared.Results:At the time of leaving the department,the scores of each dimension and the total score of clinical thinking ability of the intern nurses in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(t=9.268,6.354,6.199)9.694,all p<0.05).At the time of leaving the department the scores of each dimension and the total score of the autonomous learning ability of the intern nurses in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(t=6.998,7.333,5.503,5.977,22.244)all p<0.05).At the time of leaving the department the theoretical assessment scores and operational assessment scores of the experimental group were both higher than those of the control group(t=14.546,11.676,all p<0.05).At the time of graduation,the teaching satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(χ^(2)=7.314,p<0.05.Conclusion:The adoption of the case-based three-dimensional teaching.Rehabilitation method guided by the evidence-based ideology during the teaching process can effectively improve the clinical thinking ability,autonomous learning ability,departmental assessment results and teaching satisfaction of the intern nurses in the rehabilitation department,which is worthy of reference. 展开更多

改良Peyton四步教学法在体格检查教学中的应用效果评价

目的探讨改良Peyton四步教学法在体格检查教学中的应用效果。方法选取2024年9月至11月石河子大学2022级1、2、3班89名预防医学专业学生为研究对象,将三个班级随机分为传统教学组(31人)、经典Peyton教学组(27人)、改良Peyton教学组(31人)... 目的探讨改良Peyton四步教学法在体格检查教学中的应用效果。方法选取2024年9月至11月石河子大学2022级1、2、3班89名预防医学专业学生为研究对象,将三个班级随机分为传统教学组(31人)、经典Peyton教学组(27人)、改良Peyton教学组(31人),分别采用传统教学法、经典Peyton四步教学法和改良Peyton四步教学法进行头颈部体格检查教学。比较三组的甲状腺体格检查考核成绩。通过问卷调查,统计学生在学习过程中的知识掌握情况及存在问题。结果经典Peyton教学组及改良Peyton教学组的甲状腺体格检查考核成绩显著高于传统教学组(P<0.05);经典Peyton教学组及改良Peyton教学组的甲状腺体格检查考核成绩无显著差异(P=0.847)。问卷调查显示:63.83%的学生认为“授课+视频+实践+考核+反馈”的授课模式更有助于提高学习效率;42.55%的学生认为“面对患者或同学害怕说错、做错、不敢实践”是体格检查见习中的最大障碍;61.70%的学生认为“操作演示及师生互动”对体格检查见习的帮助最大;55.32%的学生认为诊断见习内容“基本理解但仍需要课下学习及巩固”;63.83%的学生认为在体格检查见习过程中的最大收获是可以“提高临床实践能力”。结论在甲状腺体格检查教学中,经典Peyton四步教学法与改良Peyton四步教学法的教学效果相当,且均优于传统教学法。在改良Peyton四步教学法的基础上结合多元化教学手段,配合师生互动、分组实践等教学策略,可能更适用于头颈部体格检查的见习教学。 展开更多

目的探讨课程导入-学习目标-课前测验-参与式学习-课后测验-总结(bridge-objective-pre-assessment-participationpost-assessment-summary,beside problem-based learning,BOPPPS-B-PBL)教学法在内分泌科临床见习教学中的应用效果。方... 目的探讨课程导入-学习目标-课前测验-参与式学习-课后测验-总结(bridge-objective-pre-assessment-participationpost-assessment-summary,beside problem-based learning,BOPPPS-B-PBL)教学法在内分泌科临床见习教学中的应用效果。方法选择2023年11月至2024年6月在首都医科大学附属北京安贞医院临床见习的临床医疗专业、精神专业和预防专业本科学生共152名,按照实习组别使用随机数字表法分为对照组(B-PBL模式教学)和研究组(BOPPPS-B-PBL模式教学)进行临床见习,每组76人,并通过双向问卷评分评估教学效果。结果学生问卷评分中,研究组在“课堂导入效果”“学习目标明确”“学生参与度、归纳总结[(8.99±1.01)分比(8.50±1.47)分]”“巩固知识和技能”“获得临床实践技能”“促进今后提升”方面评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。教师评分中,在“积极参与互动”“病史采集和查体”“选择治疗方案”“医患沟通”“总结归纳能力”方面,研究组的评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论BOPPPS-B-PBL教学法应用于内分泌科的临床见习教学中,能够更有效地提高学生学习参与度,更有助于理解记忆抽象的理论知识并获得临床实践技能,值得推广。 展开更多

在推进新课程改革进程中,实践育人成为教学活动探索的新课题。基于学科实践的教学方式超越传统主客二元对立的认识论,不再将知识视为外显的、静态的客体,而是将其归为人类实践后的系统化概念,建立知识结构与生存实践的深度联结,着力培... 在推进新课程改革进程中,实践育人成为教学活动探索的新课题。基于学科实践的教学方式超越传统主客二元对立的认识论,不再将知识视为外显的、静态的客体,而是将其归为人类实践后的系统化概念,建立知识结构与生存实践的深度联结,着力培养学生在复杂情境中解决问题的核心素养。这一变革要求教学方式在各个层面平衡好实践本源性与学科专业性的内部张力,既要破除客观主义知识观导致的教学思维孤立化,又要消解极端认识论引发的行为模式化,更要超越实体主义教学造成的组织封闭化。基于此,教学方式变革亟须以学科实践为方法论支点,通过构筑立体性教学思维方式、强化以行促知的教学行为和创设开放的实践场域,以为新时代育人方式改革提供理论指引和实践路径。 展开更多

目的 探讨基于病例学习(case-based learning,CBL)联合Seminar教学法在本科生呼吸内科教学中的应用效果。方法选取石河子大学医学院2019—2020级45名医学影像学专业本科生,随机分为实验组(n=23)和对照组(n=22)。实验组采用CBL联合Semina... 目的 探讨基于病例学习(case-based learning,CBL)联合Seminar教学法在本科生呼吸内科教学中的应用效果。方法选取石河子大学医学院2019—2020级45名医学影像学专业本科生,随机分为实验组(n=23)和对照组(n=22)。实验组采用CBL联合Seminar教学法,对照组采用传统CBL教学法。教学结束后,通过问卷调查和课程考核成绩比较两组教学效果。结果 实验组的理论成绩和见习成绩均显著高于对照组(P<0.001)。实验组对教学模式的满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论 CBL联合Seminar教学法在本科生呼吸内科教学中应用效果显著,能有效提高学生的临床思维能力、实践能力和学习满意度。 展开更多
