基于微课的情境式CBL-PBL双轨教学法在呼吸科临床见习中的应用探索

摘要 目的探讨基于微课的情境式CBL-PBL双轨教学法在呼吸科临床见习中的应用效果。方法将哈尔滨医科大学2021级呼吸科临床见习的74名临床专业本科生作为研究对象,随机分成实验组(38人)和对照组(36人),实验组采用基于微课的情境式CBL-PBL双轨教学法,对照组采用传统床边教学法,两组学生均由相同教师带教。见习结束后,对两组学生进行出科考核、教学效果评价问卷调查和教学满意度调查。结果实验组学生出科考核各方面成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05)。通过比较,实验组学生普遍认为基于微课的情境式CBL-PBL双轨教学法有利于激发学习兴趣、增强临床情境体验感、利于临床思维的建立,以及提高查阅文献和解决问题的能力。结论基于微课的情境式CBL-PBL双轨教学法在呼吸科临床见习中应用效果良好,值得推广应用。 Objective To explore the application effect of the microlecture-based situational CBL-PBL dual-track teaching method in the clinical clerkship of respiratory medicine.Methods A total of 74 Grade 2021 clinical medicine undergraduates undergoing clinical clerkship in respiratory medicine at Harbin Medical University were selected as research subjects.They were randomly divided into an experimental group(38 students)and a control group(36 students).The experimental group received the microlecture-based situational CBL-PBL dual-track teaching method,while the control group received the traditional bedside teaching method.Both groups were instructed by the same teachers.After the clerkship,exit examinations,teaching effect evaluation questionnaires,and teaching satisfaction surveys were conducted for both groups.Results The scores of the experimental group in all aspects of the exit examination were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Through comparison,students in the experimental group generally believed that the microlecture-based situational CBL-PBL dual-track teaching method was conducive to stimulating learning interest,enhancing the sense of clinical situational experience,facilitating the establishment of clinical thinking,and improving the abilities of literature retrieval and problem-solving.Conclusion The microlecture-based situational CBL-PBL dual-track teaching method has a good application effect in the clinical clerkship of respiratory medicine and is worthy of popularization and application.
