We present the preparation and measurement of the radioactive isotope^(37)Ar,which was produced using thermal neutrons from a reactor,as a calibration source for liquid xenon time projection chambers.^(37)Ar is a low-energy calibration source with a half-life of 35.01 days,making it suitable for calibration in the low-energy region of liquid xenon dark-matter experiments.Radioactive isotope^(37)Ar was produced by irradiating ^(36)Ar with thermal neutrons.It was subsequently measured in a gaseous xenon time projection chamber(GXe TPC)to validate its radioactivity.Our results demonstrate that^(37)Ar is an effective and viable calibration source that offers precise calibration capabilities in the low-energy domain of xenon-based detectors. 展开更多

Formamidinium lead iodide(FAPbI_(3))perovskite exhibits an impressive X-ray absorption coefficient and a large carrier mobility-lifetime product(μτ),making it as a highly promising candidate for X-ray detection application.However,the presence of larger FA^(+)cation induces to an expansion of the Pb-I octahedral framework,which unfortunately affects both the stability and charge carrier mobility of the corresponding devices.To address this challenge,we develop a novel low-dimensional(HtrzT)PbI_(3) perovskite featuring a conjugated organic cation(1H-1,2,4-Triazole-3-thiol,HtrzT^(+))which matches well with theα-FAPbI_(3) lattices in two-dimensional plane.Benefiting from the matched lattice between(HtrzT)PbI_(3) andα-FAPbI_(3),the anchored lattice enhances the Pb-I bond strength and effectively mitigates the inherent tensile strain of theα-FAPbI_(3) crystal lattice.The X-ray detector based on(HtrzT)PbI_(3)(1.0)/FAPbI_(3) device achieves a remarkable sensitivity up to 1.83×10^(5)μC Gy_(air)^(−1) cm^(−2),along with a low detection limit of 27.6 nGy_(air) s^(−1),attributed to the release of residual stress,and the enhancement in carrier mobility-lifetime product.Furthermore,the detector exhibits outstanding stability under X-ray irradiation with tolerating doses equivalent to nearly 1.17×10^(6) chest imaging doses. 展开更多

Soft X-ray detectors play a vital role in materials science,high-energy physics and medical imaging.Cs_(2)AgBiBr_(6),a lead-free double perovskite,has gained attention for its excellent optoelectronic properties,stability,and nontoxicity.However,its fast crystallization and requirement for high-temperature annealing(>250℃)often lead to inferior film quality,limiting its application in flexible devices.This study introduces an alloying strategy that significantly improves the quality of Cs_(2)AgBiBr_(6)thin films annealed at a reduced temperature of 150℃.Devices based on the alloyed thin films exhibit an ultra-low dark current of 0.32 nA·cm^(-2)and a quantum efficiency of 725%.Furthermore,the first successful integration of Cs_(2)AgBiBr_(6)with a thinfilm transistor backplane demonstrates its superior imaging performance,indicating that Cs_(2)AgBiBr_(6)is a promising material for next-generation soft X-ray sensors. 展开更多

传统的桥梁损伤检测方法通常在桥梁上布置大量的传感器,成本高,费时费力,限制了在实际工程中的应用.本文提出一种希尔伯特-黄变换(Hilbert-Huang transform,HHT)和功率谱密度(power spectral density,PSD)相结合的损伤识别方法,对桥梁... 传统的桥梁损伤检测方法通常在桥梁上布置大量的传感器,成本高,费时费力,限制了在实际工程中的应用.本文提出一种希尔伯特-黄变换(Hilbert-Huang transform,HHT)和功率谱密度(power spectral density,PSD)相结合的损伤识别方法,对桥梁进行损伤识别研究.首先,在测试车辆上布置1个加速度传感器,将车辆的加速度响应进行HHT变换,获取三维时频幅值谱;然后,利用该幅值谱的突变识别桥梁的损伤位置;最后,通过PSD识别桥梁的损伤程度α.结果表明,该方法不仅能够准确地识别桥梁的单损伤和多损伤位置,而且能够识别桥梁的损伤程度,识别精度较高,单损伤程度识别的最大误差为2.5%,多损伤程度识别的最大误差为2.6%. 展开更多

针对结构振动试验中仅能获取应力均方根(root mean square,RMS)值而缺失功率谱密度(power spectral density,PSD)数据的问题,提出一种试验-仿真融合的振动应力PSD重构方法。该方法通过模态试验修正有限元模型,结合实测模态阻尼与RMS约... 针对结构振动试验中仅能获取应力均方根(root mean square,RMS)值而缺失功率谱密度(power spectral density,PSD)数据的问题,提出一种试验-仿真融合的振动应力PSD重构方法。该方法通过模态试验修正有限元模型,结合实测模态阻尼与RMS约束优化,实现高精度PSD重构。基于航空组合件在宽带随机振动(20~1000 Hz)下的试验验证表明:重构PSD与试验PSD在谱型(主频误差<2%、幅值误差<5%)和RMS值上均高度吻合;采用24种载荷谱模型的疲劳寿命预测最大误差为10.2%,其中18种模型误差低于3.28%。以某机载液压驱动装置为例,验证了该方法在结构优化中的实用性,显著减少实物试验迭代次数。 展开更多

目的观察针刺治疗抑郁模型大鼠对海马中神经元型一氧化氮合酶(neuronal nitric oxide synthase,nNOS)与突触后致密蛋白-95(postsynaptic density-95,PSD-95)共表达的影响。方法选择SPF级大鼠50只,随机分为正常组、模型组(腹腔注射利血平... 目的观察针刺治疗抑郁模型大鼠对海马中神经元型一氧化氮合酶(neuronal nitric oxide synthase,nNOS)与突触后致密蛋白-95(postsynaptic density-95,PSD-95)共表达的影响。方法选择SPF级大鼠50只,随机分为正常组、模型组(腹腔注射利血平0.2 mg·kg^(-1)·d^(-1))、针刺组、ZL006组、针刺联合ANA-12组、8-OH-DPAT组共6组,正常组和模型组9只,余组各8只,观察体质量和肛温变化;采用旷场实验、糖水偏嗜实验、强迫游泳实验观察大鼠抑郁样行为;采用HE染色观察海马神经元形态变化;采用免疫荧光双标染色观察海马CA1区、CA3区神经元中nNOS与PSD-95、酪氨酸蛋白激酶受体B(tyrosine kinase receptor B,TrkB)与PSD-95的表达情况。结果海马CA1区、CA3区神经元中nNOS与PSD-95、TrkB与PSD-95存在共表达,与模型组比较,针刺组和ZL006组抑郁样行为均显著改善(P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.001),CA3区nNOS与PSD-95的共表达水平显著下调(P<0.05,P<0.01),CA3区TrkB与PSD-95的共表达水平显著上调(P<0.05),海马神经元减少和损伤显著改善,针刺组海马CA1区nNOS的表达水平显著下调(P<0.01),CA1区TrkB的表达水平显著上调(P<0.01),8-OH-DPAT组CA1区nNOS的表达水平显著下调(P<0.01);与针刺组比较,ANA-12组CA3区nNOS与PSD-95的共表达水平显著上调(P<0.05),以上差异均有统计学意义。结论针刺调节少阳枢机,可能通过上调海马CA3区神经元中nNOS与PSD-95的共表达水平参与发挥抗抑郁作用,该作用机制可能与CA3区TrkB受体有关。 展开更多

醒脑解郁方对PSD模型大鼠皮层及海马神经元突触可塑性的影响

目的观察醒脑解郁方(XNJY)对卒中后抑郁(PSD)模型大鼠模型抑郁样行为的干预作用,以及对PSD模型大鼠皮层及海马神经元突触可塑性的影响。方法将72只SD大鼠随机分为空白组(0.9%NaCl)、缺血性卒中组(0.9%NaCl)、模型组(0.9%NaCl)、氟西汀组... 目的观察醒脑解郁方(XNJY)对卒中后抑郁(PSD)模型大鼠模型抑郁样行为的干预作用,以及对PSD模型大鼠皮层及海马神经元突触可塑性的影响。方法将72只SD大鼠随机分为空白组(0.9%NaCl)、缺血性卒中组(0.9%NaCl)、模型组(0.9%NaCl)、氟西汀组(2.08 g/kg)、XNJY低剂量组(10.5 g/kg)、高剂量组(20.1 g/kg)。除空白组外,其余组均采用大脑中动脉栓塞法制备脑缺血再灌注模型;除空白组和缺血性卒中组外,其余组予慢性不可预知温和刺激建立PSD大鼠模型。药物治疗21d,于造模前、第10天、第21天测大鼠体质量及行为学评估;尼氏染色法观察皮层及海马尼氏体形态变化;蛋白质免疫印迹法(Western blot)检测大鼠皮层及海马突触素(SYN)及突触后致密物-95(PSD-95)蛋白表达水平。结果在体质量上,与PSD组相比,Flu、XNJY-L、XNJY-H组大鼠体质量增长(P<0.05,P<0.01)。在行为学评估上,与PSD组相比,Flu、XNJY-L、XNJY-H组强迫游泳试验不动时间减少(P<0.05,P<0.01)、Flu、XNJY-L组糖水消耗量显著增多(P<0.01)、Flu、XNJY-L、XNJY-H组旷场试验的水平运动及垂直运动得分增高(P<0.05,P<0.01)。尼氏染色结果提示Flu和XNJYL组大鼠皮层及海马神经元细胞排列整齐,数量较多,尼氏小体较丰富。Western blot结果提示与PSD组相比,Flu和XNJYL组可上调皮层及海马SYN、PSD-95蛋白表达水平(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论XNJY能够改善PSD模型大鼠抑郁样行为,其机制可能是通过上调皮层及海马SYN、PSD-95的表达水平,从而发挥改善PSD模型大鼠神经元突触可塑性的作用。 展开更多

RAA-DETECTOR布鲁氏菌核酸快速检测方法的建立及应用

本研究旨在建立不依赖于专业设备的布鲁氏菌病高效快速检测体系,实现临床样本40 min内快速检测。首先比对不同布鲁氏菌的基因组,找到布鲁氏菌的核心共有序列,以布鲁氏菌S2菌株基因SEQ NO.6(CN 105018489A)为模板构建阳性质粒,用于后续试... 本研究旨在建立不依赖于专业设备的布鲁氏菌病高效快速检测体系,实现临床样本40 min内快速检测。首先比对不同布鲁氏菌的基因组,找到布鲁氏菌的核心共有序列,以布鲁氏菌S2菌株基因SEQ NO.6(CN 105018489A)为模板构建阳性质粒,用于后续试验;通过原核表达的方法分别表达CRISPR/AsCas12a和LwaCas13a蛋白;通过重组酶介导的等温核酸扩增技术(RAA)、体外表达技术结合AsCas12a/LwaCas13a的DETECTOR系统,优化高效检测体系、通过无限稀释法等进行检测。结果发现,设计的RAA引物能够有效扩增样本中的DNA片段,DETECTOR得到最佳反应的AsCas12a浓度为200 nmol·L^(-1),gRNA为200 nmol·L^(-1);Cas13a浓度为300 nmol·L^(-1),crRNA浓度为400 nmol·L^(-1);RAA-AsCas12a和RAA-LwaCas13a的检测体系的最佳反应时间为35 min,侧平流式纸条的最佳检测时间为20 min,细菌最低检测浓度为10 Copies·μL^(-1),且具有较好的检测特异性,临床样本的检测试验表明两种方法均有较好的重复性和检测精度,但LwaCas13a的精测精度更高,但二者无显著差异。该研究建立了2种RAA-CRISPR/Cas布鲁氏菌核酸快速检测体系,在临床上可获得较好的应用,RAA-LwaCas13a的检测方法精度更高。 展开更多

X-ray detectors show potential applications in medical imaging,materials science,and nuclear energy.To achieve high detection efficiency and spatial resolution,many conventional semiconductor materials,such as amorphous selenium,cadmium telluride zinc,and perovskites,have been utilized in direct conversion X-ray detectors.However,these semiconductor materials are susceptible to temperature-induced performance degradation,crystallization,delamination,uneven lattice growth,radiation damage,and high dark current.This study explores a new approach by coupling an FC40 electronic fluorinated liquid with a specialized high-resolution and high-readout-speed complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor(CMOS)pixel array,specifically the Topmetal II−chip,to fabricate a direct conversion X-ray detector.The fluorinated liquid FC40(molecular formula:C_(21)F_(48)N_(2))is an electronic medium that is minimally affected by temperature and displays no issues with uniform conductivity.It exhibits a low dark current and minimal radiation damage and enables customizable thickness in X-ray absorption.This addresses the limitations inherent in conventional semiconductor-based detectors.In this study,simple X-ray detector imaging tests were conducted,demonstrating the excellent coupling capability between FC40 electronic fluorinated liquid and CMOS chips by the X-ray detector.A spatial resolution of 4.0 lp/mm was measured using a striped line par card,and a relatively clear image of a cockroach was displayed in the digital radiography imaging results.Preliminary test results indicated the feasibility of fabricating an X-ray detector by combining FC40 electronic fluorinated liquid and CMOS chips.Owing to the absence of issues related to chip-material coupling,a high spatial resolution could be achieved by reducing the chip pixel size.This method presents a new avenue for studies on novel liquid-based direct conversion X-ray detectors. 展开更多

The PICOSEC Micromegas(MM)is a precise timing gaseous detector based on a Cherenkov radiator coupled with a semi-transparent photocathode and an MM amplifying structure.It features a two-stage amplification process that leads to a significant deterioration of non-uniformity when scaling up to larger areas.Since the performance of gaseous detectors is highly dependent on the choice of working gas,optimizing the gas mixture offers a promising solution to improve the uniformity performance.This paper addresses these challenges through a combined approach of simulation based on Garfield++and experimental studies.The simulation investigates the properties of different mixing fractions of gas mixtures and their impact on detector performance,including gain uniformity and time resolution.To verify the simulation results,experimental tests were conducted using a multi-channel PICOSEC MM prototype with different gas mixtures.The experimental results are consistent with the findings of the simulation,indicating that a higher concentration of neon significantly improves the detector’s gain uniformity.Furthermore,the influence of gas mixtures on time resolution was explored as a critical performance indicator.The study presented in this paper offers valuable insights for improving uniformity in large-area PICOSEC MM detectors and optimizing overall performance. 展开更多

To detect space gravitational waves in the extremely low-frequency band,the telescope and optic-al platform require high stability and reliability.However,the cantilevered design presents challenges,espe-cially in the glass-metal hetero-bonding process.This study focuses on the analysis and experimental re-search of the bonding layer in the integrated structure.By optimizing the structural configuration and select-ing suitable bonding processes,the reliability of the telescope system is enhanced.The research indicates that using J-133 adhesive achieves the best performance,with a bonding layer thickness of 0.30 mm and a metal substrate surface roughness of Ra 0.8.These findings significantly enhance the reliability of the optical sys-tem while minimizing potential risks. 展开更多

The study of the charge conjugation and parity(CP)violation of hyperon is the precision frontier for probing possible new CP violation sources beyond the standard model(SM).With the large number of quantum entangled hyperonantihyperon pairs to be produced at Super Tau-Charm Facility(STCF),the CP asymmetry of hyperon is expected to be tested with a statistical sensitivity of 10^(−4) or even better.To cope with the statistical precision,the systematic effects from various aspects are critical and need to be studied in detail.In this paper,the sensitivity effects on the CP violation parameters associated with the detector resolution,including those of the position and momentum,are studied and discussed in detail.The results provide valuable guidance for the design of STCF detector. 展开更多

Radiation doses to patients in diagnostics and interventional radiology need to be optimized to comply with the principles of radiation protection in medical practice. This involves using specific detectors with respective diagnostic beams to carry out quality control/quality assurance tests needed to optimize patient doses in the hospital. Semiconductor detectors are used in dosimetry to verify the equipment performance and dose to patients. This work aims to assess the performance, energy dependence, and response of five commercially available semiconductor detectors in RQR, RQR-M, RQA, and RQT at Secondary Standard Dosimetry for clinical applications. The diagnostic beams were generated using Exradin A4 reference ion chamber and PTW electrometer. The ambient temperature and pressure were noted for KTP correction. The detectors designed for RQR showed good performance in RQT beams and vice versa. The detectors designed for RQR-M displayed high energy dependency in other diagnostic beams. The type of diagnostic beam quality determines the response of semiconductor detectors. Therefore, a detector should be calibrated according to the beam qualities to be measured. 展开更多

Position-sensitive neutron detectors play an important role in neutron scattering studies. Detectors based on ~6LiF/ZnS(Ag) scintillator and wave-shifting fiber have the advantages of high neutron detection efficiency, high position resolution,and large-area splicing, and can well meet the requirement of large area neutron detection for neutron diffractometers. An engineering detector prototype based on a ~6LiF/ZnS(Ag) scintillation screen and SiPM array readout was fabricated for the General Purpose Powder Diffractometer of China Spallation Neutron Source(CSNS). The detector has an active area of 196 mm × 444 mm, with a pixel size of 4 mm × 4 mm. The key performances of the detector prototype were tested at the BL20 neutron beam line of CSNS. The test results show that the neutron detection efficiency of the detector was 32% and 42% at wavelengths of 1.4 ? and 2.8 ?, respectively. An interpolated neutron detection efficiency of 40.2% at a wavelength of 2 ? was obtained. The tested neutron efficiency non-uniformity of the detector was 10.2%, which is less than one-half that of the current general purpose powder diffractometer scintillator neutron detectors at CSNS. This work achieves, for the first time, an efficiency uniformity of < 11% in large-area mosaic neutron detectors, alongside significant advancements in electromagnetic interference immunity and cost-effectiveness. 展开更多
