基于Accordion折纸的异形遮光罩薄膜结构设计与分析

为满足空间光学系统用遮光罩结构大型化、复杂化、高收纳率的发展需求,提出一种大尺度异形可展开遮光罩薄膜结构。首先,根据光学系统遮光要求,研究了可展开遮光罩结构的总体设计方案。其次,基于Accordion(手风琴)折纸原理,开展了遮光罩... 为满足空间光学系统用遮光罩结构大型化、复杂化、高收纳率的发展需求,提出一种大尺度异形可展开遮光罩薄膜结构。首先,根据光学系统遮光要求,研究了可展开遮光罩结构的总体设计方案。其次,基于Accordion(手风琴)折纸原理,开展了遮光罩薄膜结构折叠方案设计,建立了不规则多边形柱状折叠结构参数化数学模型。再次,采用ABAQUS仿真软件建立了薄膜结构展开过程仿真模型,分析了展开过程中应力的变化规律。最后,研制了缩比原理样机,并进行了展开功能试验。仿真及试验结果表明:所设计的遮光罩结构能够顺利完成展开动作,薄膜与可展开支撑机构无干涉,且展开过程无卡顿,薄膜未发生撕裂破坏现象。研究成果可为其他航天器遮光罩结构设计与研究提供一定的借鉴与参考。 展开更多

Against the backdrop of the comprehensive advancement of curriculum ideological and political construction in colleges and universities,art general education courses,as important carriers for the integration of aesthetic education and moral education,have their educational value awaiting systematic exploration.This article takes the"Accordion Performance Art"course at Beijing International Studies University as the research object and systematically expounds on the ideological and political construction path from skill training to cultural education.It constructs a three-dimensional educational framework of"technique-aesthetics-value",focuses on analyzing characteristic practices such as the infiltration of red music culture,the penetration of ethnic music elements,and the application of Marxist philosophical principles,and innovatively proposes a progressive teaching model of"situational experience-dialectical thinking-cultural communication".Through the reconstruction of teaching content,innovation of teaching methods,and optimization of evaluation systems,the organic integration of accordion performance teaching and ideological and political education has been realized,providing an operable practical reference paradigm for the ideological and political construction of art general education courses.The research shows that the ideological and political construction of art courses must be based on the characteristics of the discipline,with artistic practice as the carrier and cultural inheritance as the link,in order to achieve the in-depth goal of"educating people with aesthetics and cultivating people with culture". 展开更多

AIM:To present a novel scleral flap suturing technique for filtering glaucoma surgery in order to control high postoperative intraocular pressure(IOP).METHODS:Description of ‘the accordion suture' technique for mitomycin C augmented trabeculectomy.In cases of postoperative high IOP,pulling the loop of the suture helps to lift up the scleral flap by an even pressure on both edges.By means of this technique,the scleral flap opens up in an ‘‘accordion'' manner,thus preventing flap obstruction and providing adequate aqueous flow.RESULTS:Our study group consisted of 8 eyes of 8 patients with neovascular glaucoma.Mean age of the subjects was 67.42±8.21 y and female/male ratio was 4/4.Mean preoperative IOP was 37±7.48 mm Hg.Mitomycin C augmented trabeculectomy was carried out on the subjects without any complications.The scleral flap closure is performed with three separate sutures;initially,our accordion suture through the center of the flap,and two releasable sutures on both corners.All the patients received removal of two side releasable sutures concomitant with pulling the accordion suture,without any complications.The average traction time was 3.5±0 wk postoperatively.The mean postoperative IOP was 11.37±2.72 mm Hg.No suture related complications were observed.CONCLUSION:This technique can be the suture of choice for filtering glaucoma surgery in experienced hands by its easy learning curve for precisely indicated patients. 展开更多

Resection of complex pancreatic injuries: Benchmarking postoperative complications using the Accordion classification 被引量:2

AIM To benchmark severity of complications using the Accordion Severity Grading System(ASGS) in patients undergoing operation for severe pancreatic injuries. METHODS A prospective institutional database of 461 patients with pancreatic injuries treated from 1990 to 2015 was reviewed. One hundred and thirty patients with AAST grade 3, 4 or 5 pancreatic injuries underwent resection(pancreatoduodenectomy, n = 20, distal pancreatectomy, n = 110), including 30 who had an initial damage controllaparotomy(DCL) and later definitive surgery. AAST injury grades, type of pancreatic resection, need for DCL and incidence and ASGS severity of complications were assessed. Uni-and multivariate logistic regression analysis was applied. RESULTS Overall 238 complications occurred in 95(73%) patients of which 73% were ASGS grades 3-6. Nineteen patients(14.6%) died. Patients more likely to have complications after pancreatic resection were older, had a revised trauma score(RTS) < 7.8, were shocked on admission, had grade 5 injuries of the head and neck of the pancreas with associated vascular and duodenal injuries, required a DCL, received a larger blood transfusion, had a pancreatoduodenectomy(PD) and repeat laparotomies. Applying univariate logistic regression analysis, mechanism of injury, RTS < 7.8, shock on admission, DCL, increasing AAST grade and type of pancreatic resection were significant variables for complications. Multivariate logistic regression analysis however showed that only age and type of pancreatic resection(PD) were significant. CONCLUSION This ASGS-based study benchmarked postoperative morbidity after pancreatic resection for trauma. The detailed outcome analysis provided may serve as a reference for future institutional comparisons. 展开更多

Implementing high-performance silicon(Si)anode in actual processing and application is highly desirable for next-generation,high-energy Li-ion batteries.However,high content of inactive matrix(including conductive agent and binder)is often indispensable in order to ensure local conductivity and suppress pulverization tendency of Si particles,which thus cause great capacity loss based on the mass of whole electrode.Here,we designed an accordion-structured,high-performance electrode with high Si content up to 95%.Si nanoparticles were well anchored into the interlayer spacings of accordion-like graphene arrays,and free-standing electrode was prepared via a simple filtration process without any binder.Conductive accordion framework ensures strong confinement effect of Si nanoparticles and also provides direct,non-tortuous channels for fast electrochemical reaction kinetics.As a consequence,the accordion Si electrodes exhibit ultrahigh,electrode-based capacities up to 3149 mAh g^(-1)(under Si content of 91%),as well as long-term stability.Also,the accordion electrode can bear extreme condition of over-lithiation and maintains stable in full-cell test.This design provides a significant stride in high Si content toward realistic,high-performance electrodes. 展开更多

We experimentally realize two-dimensional(2D)single-layer ultracold gases of^(87)Rb by dynamically tuning the periodicity of a standing wave,known as accordion lattice.In order to load^(87)Rb Bose-Einstein condensate into single dark fringe node of the blue detuning optical lattice,we reduce the lattice periodicity from 26.7μm to 3.5μm with the help of an acousto-optic deflector(AOD)to compress the three-dimensional BEC adiabatically into a flat and uniform quasi-2D single-layer.We describe the experimental procedure of the atoms loading into the accordion lattice in detail and present the characteristics of the quasi-2D ultracold gases.This setup provides an important platform for studying in-and out-of equilibrium physics,phase transition and 2D topological matter. 展开更多

Romano et al. for Infected Non Union of Femur after K-nailing (Küntscher nailing) require no debridement & removal of nail and therefore can be treated by a single stage procedure. There are a few reports of treating aseptic non-union of femur by compression alone or compression distraction over nail by Ilizarov Technique. However, no case of Infected Non-Union femur being treated by Accordion Manoeuvre with Ilizarov over nail in situ (i.e. without exchange nailing) has been reported so far. Here, we are reporting a case of Infected Non-Union following K-nailing for a fracture shaft of femur in a 15-year-old female, who was treated by this technique as a single stage procedure. An Ilizarov frame was mounted on the femur with nail in situ followed by Accordion Manoeuvre. The fracture was healed in 5.6 months with two cycles of Accordion Manoeuvre followed by rhythmic compression. There was no recurrence of infection. 展开更多

目的利用Accordion分级系统(ASGS)对重型肝炎肝移植受者术后并发症进行分级,探讨ASGS在肝移植后早期预后中的预测作用。方法回顾性总结2004年8月至2014年9月间北京佑安医院159例重型肝炎肝移植的病例资料,应用ASGS对移植术后并发症... 目的利用Accordion分级系统(ASGS)对重型肝炎肝移植受者术后并发症进行分级,探讨ASGS在肝移植后早期预后中的预测作用。方法回顾性总结2004年8月至2014年9月间北京佑安医院159例重型肝炎肝移植的病例资料,应用ASGS对移植术后并发症进行分级,1级为轻度组,2级为中度组,3~5级为重度组,6级为死亡组。术后早期预后指标包括呼吸机使用时间、重症监护病房(ICU)住院时间、术后恢复时间。应用Spearman等级相关分析不同并发症等级与各预后指标的关系;绘制各级并发症组Kaplan-Meier存活曲线统计术后1年存活率并行Log-rank检验。结果重型肝炎肝移植术后各级并发症的发生率为:2级43例(27%),3级41例(25.8%),4级31例(19.5%),5级9例(5.7%),6级35例(22%),无1级并发症。并发症等级与呼吸机使用时间、ICU住院时间、术后恢复时间均存在显著相关(P〈0.01);随着并发症等级的增高,术后早期预后指标也越差。与中度并发症组相比,重度并发症组的呼吸机使用时间、ICU住院时间及术后恢复时间显著延长(P〈0.01);随着并发症等级的增高,术后1年存活率亦呈下降趋势(P〈0.01)。结论Accordion并发症分级系统有助于重型肝炎肝移植术后评估风险及预测预后,Accordion并发症等级越高,早期预后越差。 展开更多

Our alternative scheme is based on the interference of light behind a diffraction grating in the near-field regime. We demonstrate 1D and 2D optical lattices with the simulations and experiments. This Talbot optical lattice can be broadly used from quantum simulations to quantum information. 考虑自平衡条件新型组合箱梁力学性能研究

研究目的:波形腹板钢箱-组合梁是一种新型钢混结构,其力学性能研究有助于该类结构的优化设计。本文引入剪滞翘曲应力自平衡条件,且以能量变分法为基础建立该类结构的弹性控制微分方程,进而基于理论探索、有限元模拟和试验研究,实现波形... 研究目的:波形腹板钢箱-组合梁是一种新型钢混结构,其力学性能研究有助于该类结构的优化设计。本文引入剪滞翘曲应力自平衡条件,且以能量变分法为基础建立该类结构的弹性控制微分方程,进而基于理论探索、有限元模拟和试验研究,实现波形腹板钢箱-组合梁力学性能的精细化分析。研究结论:(1)波形腹板钢箱-组合梁的边界约束愈强烈,自平衡条件对其力学性能的影响愈显著,对于简支箱梁,本文自平衡条件影响率在3.5%~-3.5%之间,但是连续组合箱梁自平衡条件的影响大幅增加,集中荷载钢底板与腹板相交处影响率达-23.6%,而均布荷载为13.1%;(2)自平衡条件对连续组合箱梁剪滞效应影响较大,与传统剪滞理论相比较,均布荷载下自平衡条件增强了该类结构剪力滞效应;在钢底板与腹板相交处,传统理论剪滞系数为1.25,而本文理论为1.42,然而集中荷载与之相反,钢底板和腹板相交处,传统理论与本文理论剪滞系数分别为1.64和1.28;(3)本文方法计算精度明显提高,且波形腹板钢箱-组合梁钢底板正应力更为突出,其值约为RC顶板的20倍;(4)本文研究明确了自平衡条件对波形腹板钢箱-组合梁力学性能的影响规律,对完善该类结构设计理论具有促进作用。 展开更多

Triglyceride glucose-body mass index is associated with cardiovascular outcomes and overall mortality in type-2 diabetes mellitus patients

BACKGROUND Although recent studies have reported the reliability of triglyceride-glucose index(TyG)as a biomarker for evaluation of insulin resistance,the research exploring the association of TyG-body mass index(BMI)with major cardiovascular outcomes and all-cause mortality among the type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)population remains scarce.AIM To ascertain whether TyG-BMI correlates with cardiovascular outcomes and mortality risk in individuals diagnosed with T2DM.METHODS Data were drawn from the ACCORD trial and its subsequent follow-up(ACCORDION),which together included 10190 participants.To evaluate the associations of TyG-BMI with future cardiovascular outcomes and overall mortality risk among T2DM patients,Cox’s proportional-hazards model was employed.Non-linear associations and thresholds were investigated by performing restricted cubic spline regression,fitting smooth curves,and conducting piecewise regression.Additionally,we examined whether the above findings were robust through interaction and subgroup analyses.The robustness of results was further verified by a series of sensitivity assessments.Through the area under the receiver operating characteristic curve estimation,the incremental predictive power of TyG-BMI beyond conventional risk factors was also evaluated.RESULTS Applying multivariable Cox regression analysis,we identified a significant correlation of TyG-BMI with both cardiovascular outcomes and overall mortality.Specifically,after adjusting for multiple confounders,the cardiovascular mortality,congestive heart failure(CHF)and overall mortality risks in the highest TyG-BMI quartile were 1.74,2.65 and 1.42 times greater,respectively,when compared to the lowest quartile.The analysis revealed that TyG-BMI was linked nonlinearly to both types of mortality,while a two-stage linear regression discerned inflection points at 252.77 for cardiovascular mortality and 245.90 for overall mortality.TyG-BMI was found to correlate positively with future CHF.Additionally,introducing TyG-BMI into conventional prediction models resulted in a substantial improvement of their predictability for cardiovascular outcomes and overall mortality when compared to incorporating TyG or BMI alone.CONCLUSION Among T2DM individuals,a higher TyG-BMI is linked strongly to elevated risks of cardiovascular outcomes and overall mortality,highlighting its utility as a predictive marker for these risks. 展开更多

骨不愈合是骨科常见且棘手的并发症之一,其不仅延长治疗周期,加重家庭及社会负担,甚至会诱发畸形、残疾等严重后果。而基于牵张成骨的手风琴技术在对该病的治疗中疗效显著。研究发现其牵拉、压力及轴向微动等应力作用会刺激调控血管内... 骨不愈合是骨科常见且棘手的并发症之一,其不仅延长治疗周期,加重家庭及社会负担,甚至会诱发畸形、残疾等严重后果。而基于牵张成骨的手风琴技术在对该病的治疗中疗效显著。研究发现其牵拉、压力及轴向微动等应力作用会刺激调控血管内皮细胞生长因子的生长而增加断端血液供应、促进骨愈合,同时该技术可激发骨形态结合蛋白,诱导骨生长。此外,手风琴技术还会激活成骨相关信号通路,来进一步促进骨的生长愈合。故本文拟将手风琴技术治疗骨不愈合的分子机制做一综述,以为该技术在骨不愈合方面的临床研究提供借鉴参考。 展开更多

[目的]探讨Ilizarov外固定"手风琴技术"治疗成人股骨无菌性骨不连的临床疗效。[方法]2012年7月~2017年1月,采用Ilizarov环形外固定缓慢牵伸-加压的"手风琴技术"治疗成人股骨无菌性骨不连11例。其中男7例,女4例,年龄24~47岁,平均(37.10±7.60)岁。患肢短缩>2.5 cm者术中结合股骨近端闭合截骨加装骨延长组件,备术后肢体延长。采用Paley骨不连评价标准进行评价。[结果]11例患者获得随访,随访时间24~49个月,平均(27.47±6.70)个月。所有骨不连均临床骨性愈合,愈合时间6.00~24.70个月,平均(10.20±9.42)个月。采用Paley骨不连评价标准,优5例、良5例、可1例,优良率90.91%(10/11)。末次随访>7°局部畸形2例(7°、10°矢状位畸形),不影响功能,未作特殊处理。1例术后肢体短缩3.1cm。针道感染发生率72.73%(8/11),通过换药及更换固定针等控制,10°以上膝关节活动丢失3例,未发生再骨折、深部感染和血管神经损伤等并发症。[结论]Ilizarov外固定"手风琴技术"依据张力-应力法则,避免了植骨,规律牵伸-再加压治疗成人股骨无菌性骨不连疗效可靠。 展开更多
