First-Line Aumolertinib in EGFR-Mutant Advanced Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer:A Multicenter Real-World Retrospective Study with a Four-Year Follow-Up

Background:The use of third-generation different tyrosine kinase inhibitors(TKIs)is considered the most effective option for treating advanced non-small cell lung cancer(aNSCLC)with epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)mutations.However,there is limited information on the efficacy and safety of aumolertinib in patients remains these cases.Methods:The clinical records of patients receiving aumolertinib as first-line therapy across four hospitals in the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from April 2020 to December 2021 were retrospectively analyzed,using progression-free survival(PFS)as the primary endpoint and overall survival(OS)representing the secondary endpoint.Adverse events(AEs)were assessed using the Common Terminology Criteria for Adverse Events(CTCAE v5.0).Results:Approximately 47 patients with EGFR-Mutant aNSCLC were recruited,including 1 squamous cell carcinoma(SCC)patient,1 EGFR G719C mutated patient,1 EGFR S768 patient mutated,and 1 EGFR KDD mutated patient.The average follow-up duration was 48.1 months concluding in August 2024.The median PFS(mPFS)was 22.2 months(95%CI 17.6 to 26.7),while the median OS(mOS)was 39.7 months(95%CI 32.6 to 46.9).Patients with deletion of exon19 in EGFR(19del)showeda mPFS of 28.4 months,markedlylonger than those with the L858R point mutation(L858R),who had a mPFS of 15.2 months(p<0.036).Overall,22 patients(46.8%)had central nervous system(CNS)metastases at the=basal level.The mPFS for this cohort was 19.7 months.Rashes(17.0%),skin decrustation(4.2%),pruritus(4.2%),dental ulcers(4.2%),increased creatine kinase(2.1%),and musculoskeletal pains(2.1%)were the most prevalent AEs in this study.Grade 3 and higher AEs were observed at a rate of 4.2%.Conclusion:This study concluded that aumolertinib has considerable safety and efficacy for EGFR-mutant NSCLC in a first-line defense. 展开更多

The implementation of the ecological protection red line serves as a crucial protective barrier for the conservation of wild plants with extremely small populations by delineating specific geographical areas designated for their conservation.The implementation of a comprehensive set of conservation measures aimed at establishing a biodiversity conservation network for wild plants with extremely small populations has laid the foundation for the health and stability of ecosystems,as well as the harmonious coexistence of humans and the natural environment.Research on the conservation of wild plants with extremely small populations serves as a critical foundation for informing and enhancing the effective conservation of such populations.This paper provides a systematic examination of the theoretical and practical conservation status of certain wild plants with extremely small populations and discusses the conservation trends of these populations within the framework of ecological protection red line delineation.In the future,strategies for the conservation of wild plants with extremely small populations should be integrated with an analysis of the causes of endangerment.This approach will provide a robust foundation for applied research focused on the conservation of these vulnerable plant populations. 展开更多

Two^(87)Sr optical lattice clocks(OLCs)are being developed and operated at the National Institute of Metrology(NIM),located on different campuses that are 40km apart.In order to compare the optical frequencies of these two Sr OLCs,a 58-km noise canceled fiber link is built to transfer both a 1542-nm transfer laser and a microwave reference from Changping campus to Hepingli campus.Two commercial optical frequency combs(OFCs)with adapted single-branch 698/1542nm outputs coherently unite the two 698-nm clock lasers and the 1542-nm transfer laser.The fractional instability of the comparison yields 3.1×10^(−17)at 10000 s averaging time.The measured fractional frequency difference between these two Sr OLCs was evaluated to be 1.9(3.2)×10^(−17),which is within their claimed uncertainties.This result demonstrates the consistency of their frequencies when they serve as optical frequency standards.Our remote comparison demonstrates the feasibility of optical clock comparison through a long-distance fiber link and contributes to the progress of redefinition of the SI second. 展开更多

目的了解福建省城乡居民二手烟暴露现况及其对二手烟危害的认知情况,为福建省制定行之有效的控烟策略提供科学依据。方法基于2022年中国成人烟草流行监测项目数据库,选取福建省监测数据中部分15岁及以上的城乡居民作为研究对象,采用多因... 目的了解福建省城乡居民二手烟暴露现况及其对二手烟危害的认知情况,为福建省制定行之有效的控烟策略提供科学依据。方法基于2022年中国成人烟草流行监测项目数据库,选取福建省监测数据中部分15岁及以上的城乡居民作为研究对象,采用多因素Logistic回归模型分析影响其二手烟暴露的主要因素,采用χ^(2)检验比较不同特征城乡居民的二手烟危害认知差异。结果经加权调整,2022年福建省城乡居民的二手烟暴露率为57.10%。室内公共场所中,城乡居民在餐馆中看到有人吸烟的比例最高,为52.99%;在公共交通工具中看到有人吸烟的比例最低,为3.06%。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,以≥65岁为参照,15~<25岁、25~<45岁、45~<65岁的城乡居民二手烟暴露的可能性更高,OR值分别为4.617(95%CI:1.097~19.429)、2.459(95%CI:1.553~3.893)和1.393(95%CI:1.128~1.721);以大专及以上文化程度为参照,初中文化程度的城乡居民二手烟暴露的可能性更高,OR值为1.873(95%CI:1.290~2.717)。χ^(2)检验结果显示,不同年龄、文化程度、职业的城乡居民二手烟危害认知存在差异(P<0.05)。结论福建省城乡居民二手烟暴露水平依然严峻,且其对二手烟危害的认知水平较低。因此,未来福建省健康教育部门应加大对二手烟危害的宣传教育力度,全面开展有针对性的控烟宣传。 展开更多

Background The alexithymia trait is of high clinical interest.The Perth Alexithymia Questionnaire(PAQ)was recently developed to enable detailed facet-level and valence-specific assessments of alexithymia.Aims In this paper,we introduce the first Chinese version of the PAQ and examine its psychometric properties and clinical applications.Methods In Study 1,the PAQ was administered to 990 Chinese participants.We examined its factor structure,internal consistency,test-retest reliability,as well as convergent,concurrent and discriminant validity.In Study 2,four groups,including a major depressive disorder(MDD)group(n=50),a matched healthy control group for MDD(n=50),a subclinical depression group(n=50)and a matched healthy control group for subclinical depression(n=50),were recruited.Group comparisons were conducted to assess the clinical relevance of the PAQ.Results In Study 1,the intended five-factor structure of the PAQ was found to fit the data well.The PAQ showed good internal consistency and test-retest reliability,as well as good convergent,concurrent and discriminant validity.In Study 2,the PAQ was able to successfully distinguish the MDD group and the subclinical depression group from their matched healthy controls.Conclusions The Chinese version of the PAQ is a valid and reliable instrument for comprehensively assessing alexithymia in the general population and adults with clinical/subclinical depression. 展开更多

目的了解福建省中学生电子烟使用现状,分析电子烟使用影响因素,为中学生使用电子烟干预策略提供依据。方法采用“2023年中国中学生烟草流行调查问卷”,通过多阶段分层整群随机抽样方法,选取福建省10个县(市、区)的初中、普高、职高的在... 目的了解福建省中学生电子烟使用现状,分析电子烟使用影响因素,为中学生使用电子烟干预策略提供依据。方法采用“2023年中国中学生烟草流行调查问卷”,通过多阶段分层整群随机抽样方法,选取福建省10个县(市、区)的初中、普高、职高的在校学生进行问卷调查,采用学生集中自填问卷的方式收集数据,通过数据加权后采用SPSS 26.0统计软件进行分析。结果福建省中学生有效调查样本8046份,其中,听说过电子烟的率91.4%(95%CI:89.4%~93.0%),尝试过电子烟的率13.9%(95%CI:10.4%~18.2%),现在电子烟使用率1.9%(95%CI:1.2%~2.8%)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,现在使用卷烟(OR=8.895,95%CI:4.214~18.776)、父母吸烟(OR=1.757,95%CI:1.101~2.803)、好友吸烟(OR=3.114,95%CI:1.589~6.104)、认为吸烟使年轻人更有吸引力(OR=3.057,95%CI:1.624~5.756)、认为社交聚会中吸烟会让人感到更舒服(OR=2.292,95%CI:1.271~4.134)、不认为电子烟有成瘾性(OR=2.293,95%CI:1.493~3.836)的学生使用电子烟风险较高。结论福建省中学生尝试使用电子烟和现使用电子烟的情况仍然存在,需针对青少年人群对电子烟风险认知不足采取干预措施,积极推动无烟家庭及巩固无烟学校建设,加强烟草危害及成瘾性相关知识普及。 展开更多

Ogura cytoplasmic male sterility(Ogura CMS)is extensively applied in hybrid seed production in cruciferous crops.However,the posttranscriptional molecular basis of Ogura CMS in cruciferous crops remains elusive.Here,a data-independent acquisition-based proteomic approach coupled with a parallel reaction monitoring-based targeted proteomic assay was used to analyze the proteome dynamics of Ogura CMS cabbage line RM and its maintainer line RF during floral bud development to obtain insights into the mechanism underlying Ogura CMS in cruciferous crops.A total of 9162 proteins corresponding to 61464 peptides were identified in RM and RF floral buds.The proteomic fluctuation of RM was weaker than that of RF.Differences in protein expression between RM and RF gradually enlarged with floral bud development.Fifteen continually up-regulated and eight continually down-regulated proteins were found in RM relative to RF throughout floral bud development.Differentially expressed proteins between RM and RF during floral bud development were implicated in the endoplasmic reticulum(ER)-associated protein processing pathway,in which most of them exhibited down-regulated expression in RM.These data suggest that ER-associated protein processing may be involved in pollen abortion in Ogura CMS cabbage by inhibiting the expression of critical factors.Our findings not only deepen the understanding of the molecular mechanisms of Ogura CMS in cruciferous crops but also provide better guidance for applying Ogura CMS in the hybrid breeding of cruciferous crops. 展开更多

目的 观察阶梯式早期活动方案结合下肢关节康复器在重症监护病房(ICU)机械通气患者中应用的效果.方法 选择 2022 年 10 月至 2023 年 6 月在天津市第一中心医院ICU就诊的 60 例机械通气患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将患者分为干预... 目的 观察阶梯式早期活动方案结合下肢关节康复器在重症监护病房(ICU)机械通气患者中应用的效果.方法 选择 2022 年 10 月至 2023 年 6 月在天津市第一中心医院ICU就诊的 60 例机械通气患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将患者分为干预组和对照组,每组 30 例.对照组采用常规康复护理辅助下肢关节康复器,干预组在对照组的基础上增加阶梯式早期活动疗法.比较两组患者机械通气时间、ICU住院时间、谵妄发生率、英国医学研究理事会(MRC)肌力评定量表评分、相位角(PA)、骨骼肌质量指数(SMI)的差异.结果 干预组机械通气时间、ICU住院时间均较对照组明显缩[机械通气时间(d):9.20±4.51 比 11.73±4.59,ICU住院时间(d):10.73±5.37 比 14.00±6.03,均P<0.05].两组干预后MRC肌力评定量表评分、PA和SMI均较干预前明显升高,且以干预组的升高程度较对照组更明显[MRC肌力评定量表评分(分):54.17±2.10 比50.17±3.51,PA(°):5.80±0.60 比 5.49±0.54,SMI(kg/m2):6.87±0.46 比 6.62±0.45,均P<0.05].两组患者谵妄发生率比较差异无统计学意义[26.7%(8/30)比 33.3%(10/30),P>0.05].结论 阶梯式早期活动方案结合下肢关节康复器疗法有助于缩短患者机械通气时间及ICU住院时间,恢复肌肉力量,促进患者康复,有良好的临床应用价值. 展开更多

Background:Nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC)exhibits a significant prevalence in the southern regions of China,and paclitaxel(PTX)is frequently employed as a medication for managing advanced NPC.However,drug resistance is typically accompanied by a poor prognosis.Exploring the synergistic potential of combining multiple chemotherapeutic agents may represent a promising avenue for optimizing treatment efficacy.Methods:This study investigated whether 3-Methyladenine(3-MA)could potentiated the effect of PTX and its potential molecular mechanism.Samples were divided into the following categories:Negative control(NC)with the solvent dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO,0.5%v/v),PTX(400 nM),3-MA(4 mM),and PTX(400 nM)+3-MA(4 mM).The viability of NPC cells was assessed using both the cell counting kit-8(CCK-8)assay and the colony formation assay.Microscopic observation was performed to identify morphological cell changes.Flow cytometry was used to assess cell cycle status,mitochondrial membrane potential(MMP),and apoptotic cells.Western blotting was conducted to quantify the protein expression.Results:3-MA enhanced PTX-specific inhibition of NPC cell proliferation.PTX,either alone or in combination with 3-MA,caused cell cycle halt at the G2/M phase in the majority of NPC cells,and the combination treatment of PTX with 3-MA induced a higher rate of NPC cell death compared to PTX alone.Western blotting results revealed the combination of PTX with 3-MA heightened activation of cyclin-dependent kinase 1(CDK1),a key molecule in shifting cells from mitotic arrest to apoptosis,led to a reduction in Myeloid Cell Leukemia 1(MCL-1)expression and an increase in Poly(ADP-ribose)polymerase(PARP)cleavage.Conclusion:The concurrent administration of PTX with 3-MA effectively enhances PTX’s inhibitory impact on NPC and activates the apoptosis signal regulated by CDK1. 展开更多

目的:探索超声在腹腔间室综合征(ACS)患者管理中的作用。方法:选取2023年7月—2024年6月我院重症医学科收治的30例ACS患者为研究对象,接受超声作为ACS管理的辅助工具。结果:30例ACS患者的年龄为(60.0±14.6)岁,男性占70%,平均体质... 目的:探索超声在腹腔间室综合征(ACS)患者管理中的作用。方法:选取2023年7月—2024年6月我院重症医学科收治的30例ACS患者为研究对象,接受超声作为ACS管理的辅助工具。结果:30例ACS患者的年龄为(60.0±14.6)岁,男性占70%,平均体质量指数(BMI)为(25.0±2.4)kg/m^(2),80%的ACS患者合并低血压需应用升压药物,ACS最常见的原因是腹腔感染导致的脓毒症和肠梗阻,分别占40%和20%。连续治疗5 d,平均腹腔内压力(IAP)从入院时(23±2.3)mmHg,下降至第5天(13±2.2)mmHg(P <0.001)。患者第1天平均APP为(62±5.5)mmHg,治疗第5天升为(90±5.4)mmHg(P <0.001),尿量从第4天开始明显增加,且伴随肾动脉阻力指数下降至(0.65±0.06)(P <0.001)。超声提示第1天出现肠道功能障碍的患者有10例,占总患者的33.3%,经胃肠减压、灌肠等处理后,第5天仅有1例患者仍存在肠道功能障碍;超声可以识别肠腔内容物,进一步指导患者减压或灌肠,同时对于8例合并腹腔积液的患者,进行了超声引导穿刺术。结论:在ACS患者治疗管理中,相比传统应用腹腔灌注压(APP)评估腹腔内器官的灌注,经超声测量的肾动脉阻力指数可以更加敏感地评估肾脏的灌注;超声在评估肠道功能,识别肠腔内容物,指导进行减压、灌肠,引导腹腔积液引流管的放置方面均有优势。 展开更多

The large- scale, high-precision continuous precipitation data obtained by satellite remote sensing detection technology has become an important source of spatial precipitation data. However, because the spatial resolution of remote sensing precipitation data is still low, it is difficult to meet the needs of hydrological research, which restricts their application in drought and flood analysis, hydrological simulation, etc. In response to this problem, this paper takes the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region as the research area, downscaling the TRMM data and the GPM data space of the continuation plan, and increasing the spatial resolution of the data to 1 km. Compared with the original data, spatial downscaling data not only greatly improves the spatial resolution, but also increases the accuracy of the data, which has better applicability. </div> 展开更多

目的了解福建省企业职工的吸烟情况以及吸烟心理认知情况,比较不同戒烟行为阶段的影响因素。方法通过非概率抽样技术,2023年在福建省福州市和泉州市选择4个企业,在企业招募现在吸烟者,通过呼气一氧化碳进行生化验证。基于跨理论模型和... 目的了解福建省企业职工的吸烟情况以及吸烟心理认知情况,比较不同戒烟行为阶段的影响因素。方法通过非概率抽样技术,2023年在福建省福州市和泉州市选择4个企业,在企业招募现在吸烟者,通过呼气一氧化碳进行生化验证。基于跨理论模型和保护动机理论设计问卷,通过微信小程序进行问卷发放和回收,采集吸烟者的社会人口学特征、吸烟和烟草依赖情况、心理健康和吸烟心理认知的数据。以戒烟行为阶段为因变量,构建多元有序的Logistic回归模型,分析社会人口学特征、吸烟和烟草依赖情况、心理健康和吸烟心理认知4个维度在不同戒烟行为间的差异。结果共回收有效问卷602份,有效问卷率为84.43%。近半数的企业职工吸烟者没有戒烟打算(47.2%),平均日吸烟量约为12支/d,烟草依赖等级主要为极轻度依赖和中度依赖。多元有序Logistic回归结果显示,以从不喝酒为参照,仅在特殊社交场合或者某段时间喝酒的个体达到更高的戒烟行为阶段水平的概率更低(OR=0.632,95%CI:0.406~0.983);以极轻度烟草依赖为参照组,极重度烟草依赖的个体达到更高的戒烟行为阶段水平的概率更高(OR=6.291,95%CI:2.039~14.417);更低的日吸烟量(OR=0.967,95%CI:0.938~0.996)、更高的戒烟动机得分(OR=1.535,95%CI:1.305~1.805)、更高的自我效能得分(OR=1.041,95%CI:1.009~1.074)以及更高的10项流行病学调查抑郁量表得分(OR=1.076,95%CI:1.017~1.137)的个体进展到更高戒烟行为阶段的概率更高。结论企业职工的戒烟意愿有待提高,不同的戒烟行为阶段在吸烟和烟草依赖维度、心理健康维度和吸烟心理认知维度上存在差异,应当采取针对性的干预措施。 展开更多

Acute ischemic stroke is a clinical emergency and a condition with high morbidity,mortality,and disability.Accurate predictive,diagnostic,and prognostic biomarkers and effective therapeutic targets for acute ischemic stroke remain undetermined.With innovations in high-throughput gene sequencing analysis,many aberrantly expressed non-coding RNAs(ncRNAs)in the brain and peripheral blood after acute ischemic stroke have been found in clinical samples and experimental models.Differentially expressed ncRNAs in the post-stroke brain were demonstrated to play vital roles in pathological processes,leading to neuroprotection or deterioration,thus ncRNAs can serve as therapeutic targets in acute ischemic stroke.Moreover,distinctly expressed ncRNAs in the peripheral blood can be used as biomarkers for acute ischemic stroke prediction,diagnosis,and prognosis.In particular,ncRNAs in peripheral immune cells were recently shown to be involved in the peripheral and brain immune response after acute ischemic stroke.In this review,we consolidate the latest progress of research into the roles of ncRNAs(microRNAs,long ncRNAs,and circular RNAs)in the pathological processes of acute ischemic stroke–induced brain damage,as well as the potential of these ncRNAs to act as biomarkers for acute ischemic stroke prediction,diagnosis,and prognosis.Findings from this review will provide novel ideas for the clinical application of ncRNAs in acute ischemic stroke. 展开更多

Fluoride-based electrolyte exhibits extraordinarily high oxidative stability in high-voltage lithium metal batteries(h-LMBs) due to the inherent low highest occupied molecular orbital(HOMO) of fiuorinated solvents. However, such fascinating properties do not bring long-term cyclability of h-LMBs. One of critical challenges is the interface instability in contacting with the Li metal anode, as fiuorinated solvents are highly susceptible to exceptionally reductive metallic Li attributed to its low lowest unoccupied molecular orbital(LUMO), which leads to significant consumption of the fiuorinated components upon cycling.Herein, attenuating reductive decomposition of fiuorinated electrolytes is proposed to circumvent rapid electrolyte consumption. Specifically, the vinylene carbonate(VC) is selected to tame the reduction decomposition by preferentially forming protective layer on the Li anode. This work, experimentally and computationally, demonstrates the importance of pre-passivation of Li metal anodes at high voltage to attenuate the decomposition of fiuoroethylene carbonate(FEC). It is expected to enrich the understanding of how VC attenuate the reactivity of FEC, thereby extending the cycle life of fiuorinated electrolytes in high-voltage Li-metal batteries. 展开更多

The NASICON-structured Na_(2)VTi(PO_(4))_(3)(NVTPO)has attracted significant attention due to its exceptional structural stability and rapid Na~+mobility.However,the development of this material has been hindered by poor electronic conductivity and inadequate low-temperature performance.Herein,a feasible strategy of lattice regulation integrated with surface modification for NVTPO by nitrogen(N)deep doping is proposed.Systematic characterizations and theoretical calculations confirm that N is doped into both the inner crystal structure of NVTPO and the outer carbon layer.The blueshift of the P—O bonds and charge redistribution induced by the V/Ti—N bonds strengthen the local environment and narrow the bandgap,thereby enabling reversible structural evolution and improving electronic conductivity.As expected,the optimized NVTPO/N@CN material achieves an ultra-high capacity of 188.48 mA h g^(-1)at 10 mA g^(-1)and a long-term lifespan of 2000 cycles at 1 A g^(-1).More importantly,it exhibits competitive low-temperature performance(92.15%retention after 1000 cycles at 300 mA g^(-1)and-15℃)due to reduced charge transfer impedance and activation energy.This deep doping strategy modification is expected to broaden the applications of NASICON-type cathodes. 展开更多

The effect from the interaction of the alternating current(AC)magnetic field with kilogram-level test mass(TM)limits the detectivity of the TianQin space-based gravitational wave detection.The quantifed effect requires the determination of the AC magnetic susceptibilityχ(f)of the TM.A torque method is proposed to measure theχ(f)of kg-level samples at the mHz band with a precision of 1×10^(-7).Combined with our previous work[Phys.Rev.Appl.18044010(2022)],the general frequency-dependent susceptibility of the alloy cube with side length L and electrical conductivityσis determined asχ(f)=χ0+(0.24±0.01)σμ0L^(2)f from 0.1 mHz to 1 Hz.The determination is helpful for the preliminary estimation of the in-band eddy current efect in the TianQin noise budget.The technique can be adopted to accurately measureχ(f)of the actual TM in other precision experiments,where the magnetic noise is a signifcant detection limit. 展开更多

Human herpesvirus,a specific group within the herpesvirus family,is responsible for a variety of human diseases.These viruses can infect humans and other vertebrates,primarily targeting the skin,mucous membranes,and neural tissues,thereby signifi-cantly impacting the health of both humans and animals.Animal models are crucial for studying virus pathogenesis,vaccine development,and drug testing.Despite several vaccine candidates being in preclinical and clinical stages,no vaccines are current available to prevent lifelong infections caused by these human herpesviruses,except for varicella-zoster virus(VZV)vaccine.However,the strict host tropism of herpes-viruses and other limitations mean that no single animal model can fully replicate all key features of human herpesvirus-associated diseases.This makes it challeng-ing to evaluate vaccines and antivirals against human herpesvirus comprehensively.Herein,we summarize the current animal models used to study the human herpesvi-ruses includingα-herpesviruses(herpes simplex virus type 1(HSV-1),HSV-2,VZV),β-herpesviruses(human cytomegalovirus(HCMV),γ-herpesviruses(Epstein-Barr virus(EBV))and Kaposi's sarcoma herpesvirus(KSHV)).By providing concise information and detailed analysis of the potential,limitations and applications of various models,such as non-human primates,mice,rabbits,guinea pigs,and tree shrews,this sum-mary aims to help researchers efficiently select the most appropriate animal model,offering practical guidance for studying human herpesvirus. 展开更多
