摘要
目的了解福建省中学生电子烟使用现状,分析电子烟使用影响因素,为中学生使用电子烟干预策略提供依据。方法采用“2023年中国中学生烟草流行调查问卷”,通过多阶段分层整群随机抽样方法,选取福建省10个县(市、区)的初中、普高、职高的在校学生进行问卷调查,采用学生集中自填问卷的方式收集数据,通过数据加权后采用SPSS 26.0统计软件进行分析。结果福建省中学生有效调查样本8046份,其中,听说过电子烟的率91.4%(95%CI:89.4%~93.0%),尝试过电子烟的率13.9%(95%CI:10.4%~18.2%),现在电子烟使用率1.9%(95%CI:1.2%~2.8%)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,现在使用卷烟(OR=8.895,95%CI:4.214~18.776)、父母吸烟(OR=1.757,95%CI:1.101~2.803)、好友吸烟(OR=3.114,95%CI:1.589~6.104)、认为吸烟使年轻人更有吸引力(OR=3.057,95%CI:1.624~5.756)、认为社交聚会中吸烟会让人感到更舒服(OR=2.292,95%CI:1.271~4.134)、不认为电子烟有成瘾性(OR=2.293,95%CI:1.493~3.836)的学生使用电子烟风险较高。结论福建省中学生尝试使用电子烟和现使用电子烟的情况仍然存在,需针对青少年人群对电子烟风险认知不足采取干预措施,积极推动无烟家庭及巩固无烟学校建设,加强烟草危害及成瘾性相关知识普及。
Objective To determine the prevalence and influencing factors of e-cigarette use among secondary school students in Fujian Province,and to provide reference for making interventions targeted at adolescent e-cigarette con-sumption.Methods By utilizing the 2023 China Adolescent Tobacco Use Survey Questionnaire,a multistage stratified cluster sampling method was used to selecte students from junior/senior high schools and vocational schools across 10 coun-ties/districts in Fujian Province.Data were collected via self-administered questionnaires and analyzed by SPSS 26.0 after weighting adjustments.Results Among 8046 valid responses,91.4%of them(95%CI:89.4%-93.0%)reported e-cigarette awareness,13.9%(95%CI:10.4%-18.2%)had tried e-cigarettes,and 1.9%(95%CI:1.2%-2.8%)were current users.Multivariate logistic regression results showed elevated risks of e-cigarette use were associated with cur-rent cigarette smoking(OR=8.895,95%CI:4.214-18.776),parental smoking(OR=1.757,95%CI:1.101-2.803),peer smoking(OR=3.114,95%CI:1.589-6.104),perceiving smoking as enhancing attractiveness(OR=3.057,95%CI:1.624-5.756)or social comfort(OR=2.292,95%CI:1.271-4.134),unawareness of e-cigarette addictiveness(OR=2.293,95%CI:1.493-3.836).Conclusion Persistent e-cigarette trying and use among adoles-cents highlight the need for interventions addressing low risk awareness.Priorities include promoting smoke-free families/schools and intensifying education on nicotine addiction and tobacco-related health impacts.
