摘要
新时代来临,创新型人才需求驱动开放教育人才培养目标发生根本转变。开放教育体系中,经管类专业作为社会创新人才培养的“孵化基地”,数学作为培养学生创新能力的基础学科,双方发挥着举足轻重的作用。本文从学生的“学”和教师的“教”入手,深入分析开放教育教学显著特征,通过开放式教学、互动式教学、研讨式教学、启发式教学等创新教学方法,系统探究开放教育经管类数学创新能力培养研究,进而提高学生实践技能和创新能力。
With the advent of the new era, the demand for innovative talents has driven a fundamental change in the goal of talent training in open education. In the open education system, economic and management majors serve as the “incubation base” for cultivating social innovative talents, and mathematics serves as the basic discipline for cultivating students’ innovative ability, both of which play a pivotal role. Starting from students’ “learning” and teachers’ “teaching”, this paper makes an indepth analysis of the significant characteristics of open education teaching. Through innovative teaching methods such as open teaching, interactive teaching, discussion teaching and heuristic teaching, it systematically explores the cultivation of innovative ability of economic and management mathematics in open education, so as to improve students’ practical skills and innovative ability.
