摘要
当前,我国经济已进入新常态,经济的转型升级已成为当前我国面临的紧迫而繁重的任务。而推动新旧动能转换,是实现经济快速转型升级、实现可持续发展的关键和重要环节。而在这个环节当中,人才资源是第一资源,也是影响最为深远的关键资源,是推动经济发展的决定性因素,在培育新动能、推动新旧动能转换中起着关键和引领作用。而人才的培养涉及的内容和方面较多,新时代和新的需求,急需在人才培养方面下大力气进行变革,将创新大赛引入本科教学的全过程,该教学模式突出强调从实践、尤其是动手操作实践教学作为突破口,以实现传统教学体系转换–实践平台创建–竞赛机制持续支持–课后动手实验的良性提升循环机制构建,激励学生在创新意识、创新能力、思维方式、创新主动性等方面不断实现突破,在全国/国际范围内展示学识和能力,以通过高水平的竞赛活动促进新时代创新人才的培养和新的人才培养体系的构筑。
At present, China’s economy has entered a new normal, and the transformation and upgrading of the economy has become an urgent and arduous task. Promoting the transformation of new and old driving forces is the key and important link to realize the rapid transformation and upgrading of the economy and the sustainable development of the economy. In this link, human resources are the first resource, the most far-reaching key resource, the decisive factor to promote economic development, and play a key and leading role in cultivating new kinetic energy and promoting the transformation of old and new kinetic energy. However, the training of talents involves many contents and aspects, new era and new demands. It is urgent to make great efforts to change the training of talents and introduce the innovation competition into the whole process of undergraduate teaching. The teaching mode emphasizes the breakthrough from practice, especially hands-on practice teaching, so as to realize the transformation of traditional teaching system, the creation of practice platform and the continuous support of competition mechanisms. In order to promote the cultivation of the new generation of innovative talents and the construction of the new talent cultivation system, we should build a virtuous promotion cycle mechanism of the after-school hands-on experiment, encourage students to make continuous breakthroughs in innovation consciousness, innovation ability, thinking mode, innovation initiative, etc., and show their knowledge and ability in the national/international scope.
