摘要
当前,高校大学生评价不同程度地存在着标准模糊、可度量性较差、可实现性较低、相关性弱化、时限性虚化等现实困境。鉴于此,新时代高校大学生评价体系的建构应持守以学生为中心、促进学生全面发展、评价育人和持续改进的理念,遵循SMART原则,明晰其明确性、可度量性、可实现性、相关性和时限性。由此,尝试性地提出了涵盖思想品德素质、学业文化素质、生理心理素质、知美审美素质、劳动技能素质的高校大学生评价体系的建构框架。
At present,the evaluation system of college students has different levels of realistic difficulties,such as fuzzy standards,poor measurability,low achievability,weakened relevance,and blurred timeliness.In view of this,the concept of the student-centeredness,students’all-around development,evaluation’education-oriented,continuous improvement should be observed.The SMART principle should be followed to define the clarity,measurability,achievability,relevance,and timeliness to the construction of assessment system for college students.The paper tentatively proposes the construction frame covering ideological and moral quality,academic and cultural quality,physiological and psychological quality,aesthetic quality,and labor skill quality to the evaluation system of college students.
