摘要
中华优秀传统文化与大学生自我领导力教育在价值旨向、内容体系、培养途径、主体地位认识等方面具有高度契合性。利用两者的契合性,可以将大学生自我领导力教育作为优秀传统文化教育的载体,将自我领导力教育作为优秀传统文化教育的延伸,并可以建立融合两者内容的课程,促进两者教育的发展。
Chinese excellent traditional culture and college students’ self-leadership education have a high degree of agreement in value orientation, content system, training approach, subject status recognition and so on. With the combination of the two, the Self-Leadership Education of college students can be regarded as the carrier of excellent traditional culture education, the self-leadership education can be regarded as the extension of excellent traditional culture education, and the curriculum integrating the two contents can be established to promote the development of both education.
