摘要
本文以任务紧迫性下的项目实施为背景,通过设计情景实验,对个体的积极拖延行为与团队创新绩效之间的关系展开研究,从个体控制和团队控制两个层面揭示个体积极拖延行为与团队创新绩效之间的影响路径。跨层次回归分析发现:个体的自我领导能力可以调节积极拖延与团队创新绩效之间的关系,自我领导水平越高,积极拖延与团队创新绩效之间的关系越强;积极拖延与自我领导的交互作用以团队反思为中介,对团队创新绩效产生显著影响。
This study investigated the relationship between active procrastination of team members and team innovation performance through situational experiment simulated task urgency based on critical chain project management from the perspective of entity controlling and team controlling. HLM analysis examines the moderating role of team reflexivity and the mediating role of self-leadership. Team member' s self-leadership would play an active moderating role between active procrastination and team innovation performance. The higher the self- leadership, the greater the positive relationship between active procrastination and team innovation performance. The interaction between active procrastination and self-leadership was mediated by team reflexivity, which plays a significant role on team innovation performance.
