摘要
在疫情防控常态化背景下,各企业组织纷纷采取虚拟组织形式开展企业日常经营管理活动。本研究基于CiteSpace可视化软件,以中国知网为基础数据库,从发文数量、作者机构、研究热点及其演进方向等方面出发,对1997年至2022年国内虚拟组织研究领域的相关期刊文献进行文献计量研究与可视化分析,探索并梳理国内虚拟组织理论与实践研究的历史沿革、当前现状与未来趋势,给出今后虚拟组织在更多领域进行更广泛应用的展望,为丰富后续虚拟组织主题相关研究、扩展虚拟组织理论应用领域提供参考与思路。
Under the background of normalization of epidemic prevention and control, enterprises and organ-izations have adopted the form of virtual organization to carry out daily business management ac-tivities. Based on CiteSpace and CNKI as the basic database, this study conducts bibliometric re-search and visual analysis on the relevant journal literature in the field of domestic virtual organi-zation research from 1997 to 2022 from the aspects of the number of publications, author institu-tions, research hotspots and their evolution direction, and explores and combs the historical evolu-tion, current status and future trends of domestic virtual organization theory and practice research, The prospect of virtual organization being more widely used in more fields in the future is given, which provides reference and ideas for enriching the follow-up research on the theme of virtual or-ganization and expanding the application field of virtual organization theory.
