摘要
本文提出了金刚石锯片刀头不同部位硬度设计原则 ,阐述了金属结合剂中一些新的添加成分的作用以及加入的方式 ,并介绍了改进后锯片的使用效果。
The designing principles of hardness for different parts of segments of diamond saw blades are proposed in the article. Meanwhile, it is explained the functions of new ingredients added in metal bond and the way of putting into. At last, the effects of the improved saw blade are introduced here.
