金刚石与胎体浸润状况的微观分析 被引量:2

摘要 采用磁控溅射方法在金刚石表面镀覆一层金属Ti,经热压成形制成金刚石磨块.利用扫描电子显微镜对金刚石磨块中金刚石与胎体的界面成份进行分析,发现在金刚石的表面镀覆了金属Ti以后,金刚石对胎体的湿润状况明显改善,提高了结合强度。 Ti is claded in diamond surface by the technology of magnetron sputtering. The diamond grinding sample is made by hot press shaping. Components of interface between diamond and matrix in diamond grinding sample are investigated by Scanning Electron Microscopy. The results show that impregnated behaviour between diamond and matrix is improved and its binding strength is increased by clading Ti in diamond surface, which makes it possible to extend the diamond tools′ life.
