摘要
在面向21世纪深化职业教育教学改革的繁重任务面前,努力造就一支高素质的职教师资队伍至关重要,“双师型”教师队伍的建设是职业教育发展的重要课题之一。当务之急是走出对“双师型”教师队伍认识的误区,提高“双师型”教师应具备的能力和素质,认真分析“双师型”师资队伍建设面临的实际问题,探索并着力解决这些实际问题的途径和方法,建立健全适应加速“双师型”师资队伍建设的机制,解决好制约职业教育发展的瓶颈,坚持大力发展职业教育的战略选择不动摇。
Facing to the heavy assignment of 21st century vocational educational reformation,it’s very important to train the high qualified vocational education teacher’s teams. The academic-practical teacher’s teams development has become one of the most important questions for discussion. The urgent matter of the moment is coming out the mistake cognition about the academic-practical teacher’s teams development, improving the abilities and qualifications of the academic-practical teachers, analyzing the practical problems in front of the academic-practical teacher’s teams development, exploring the means to solve these practical problems, establishing and perfecting the system fits the academic-practical teacher’s teams development, solving the obstacle of the vocational education development, insisting on the development of vocational education.
