摘要
提出在应急钢梁方案比较时,除对各方案进行定性分析外,尚可试行定量评价,以便更客观合理地确定技术方案。指出由于不同时期国家工业水平、军事斗争要求不同,相同的各方案比较有可能得出不同的结论。本文提出的定量评价办法可供国防交通其它科研项目方案比较定量评价参考。
When comparing different plans of emergency steel girders, we should have them not only qualitatively evaluated but also quantitatively evaluated so as to ensure our more objective and reasonable choice of them. Owing to the different industrial levels of different countries in different periods and different military requirements, the comparison of the same plans may arrive at different conclusions. The quantitative evaluation method presented in this paper may serve the quantitative evaluation of research subjects for traffic of national defense and other purposes.
