摘要
本文用“等效长度”的概念,结合我国实际情况,经分析研究、收集有关数据,提出定量评价铁路信号技术进步经济效益的一种算法,即计算出在评价期内铁路信号技术进步在提高运输能力方面的贡献比例。
With a concept of “equivalent length”,in con- sideration of the current situation in China,the paper proposes one quantitative appraisiug method of the economic benefits of technical progress made in railway signaling on the basis of analysis and study, and data collected.It is to calculate the contribution ratio of the technical progress in improving transpo- rtation capacity during an appraising period.
