摘要
研究了不同热处理制度对一种新型的低层状析出气阀钢LF6性能的影响。试验表明,不同固溶温度处理,LF6钢的层状析出量不同;高温长时时效后,LF6钢的层状析出量低于21-4N钢,而高温抗拉强度和高温持久强度都高于21-4N钢。
This paper presents the effect of different heat treatments on performance of new low layer separation valve steel LF6.The results show that different solid solution heatreatment temperature results in amounts differences of separation.After long-time aging,the amount of low layer separation in LF6 is less than that in 21-4N- but its high temperature tensile strength and lasting strength are higher over 21-4N.
