摘要
目的 总结月骨缺血性坏死的临床特点及各期影像学检查的征象。方法 分析 38例已确诊的月骨缺血性坏死病例 ,比较各期X线片所见。结果 本病除表现病变部位以疼痛为主的症状、压痛和功能有一定障碍外 ,无特异性表现 ,主要依据影像学资料进行诊断。
Objective To summarize the clinical characteristics and imaging signs of ischemic lunar bone. Methods 38 cases obtained ischemic lunar bone necrosis were analyzed and compared their X-rays. Results the clinical manifestations were pain, tenderness and dysfunction without specifics. The X-ray was main material for diagnosis. Conclusion The ischemic necrosis of lunar bone was common in clinic.
