摘要
目的：探讨月骨缺血性坏死的损伤机理与X线特征。材料与方法：对近6年来收集的32例月骨缺血性坏死进行分析。结果：月骨缺血性坏死的早期症状不典型，腕关节正侧位平片是诊断和分期的基础。结论：月骨缺血性坏死的损伤机理与X线特征之间是一系列进行性缺血性表现。
Purpese: To study the mechanism and x - ray characteristics of avascular necrosis of the lunate. Materials and Methods: 32 cases of lunate avascular necrosis with appropriate manifestations were collected for study. Results: Wrist x - ray examination is necessary, as early clinical manifestations may be atypical, to confirm the diagnosis and staging. Conclusion: x - ray signs are the manifestations of a series of pathological changes.
