多天线癌胚抗原的检测及临床应用

摘要 目的 从分子水平上建立多天线癌胚抗原 ( MA- CEA)的快速定量检测法并研究其临床意义。方法 用链霉亲和素 -生物素系统酶免疫分析法 ( ABC- EIA)。结果  MA- CEA可在 CEA甚高的肺癌患者血清中出现高浓度表达 ,阳性率为 6.6% ,而 CEA的阳性率为 2 6.3% ,但食管癌、贲门癌、胃癌、肝癌、结肠癌、直肠癌和卵巢癌患者无论 CEA是否升高 ,MA- CEA均为阴性。结论 该法为 MA- CEA的定量检测及其它多天线糖链肿瘤标志物的研究奠定了方法基础 ;MA- CEA在部分肺癌中升高 ,且升高的幅度总是小于 CEA含量 ;CEA与 MA- Objective A rapid quantitative analysis method tests on the molecular level,so as to determine serum multiple antenna carcinomabrinic antigen and study on its clinical value.Methods By using two steps method of mab sandwich ABC-CEA.Results MA-CEA increase remarkably in the CEA which increased in the sera of patients with lung cancer,positive of 75 cases was 6 6%,while increased CEA with lung cancer positive was 26 3%,but in patients with cancer of esophagus,gastric cancer,HCC,colorectal cancer and ovarian cancer all were negative.Conclusion This method tests on the molecular structure of CEA,not only measure MA-CEA but also study on the other multiple antenna tumor markers.MA-CEA is of important significance for lung cancer.Between CEA and MA-CEA,there is no relation of level.
