摘要
脂质体是近年来发展的一种新的药物载体 ,通过对胰岛素的包裹 ,可望改变胰岛素传统的注射给药途径。该文介绍了胰岛素脂质体的口服、鼻粘膜、经皮。
Liposomes is a new drug carrier,which is developing in recent years.The traditional injection of insulin will be changed by entrapping with liposoms. In this review, we reviewed new available medications of oral, nasal, pneumal, transepdermal administration of insulin liposomes .
