摘要
以香港东涌Ⅰ期基础工程为例 ,就大型综合项目的进度、质量和费用的控制问题 ,从动态管理模式与工具等方面 ,提出了工程的动态管理措施与方法 ,取得了良好的效益。
Taking the first stage foundation project of Dongyong in Hong Kong as example and according to the progress,quality and cost control problems encountered dynamic management measures and methods are proposed, which acquired good effects in practice.
