摘要
工程造价的动态管理对合理确定和有效控制工程造价有着重要意义 .本文通过对我国现行的工程造价管理模式的分析 ,提出了适合我国国情的“控制量、指导价、竞争费”的工程造价的动态管理模式 ,定额的编制应以消耗量为主要内容 ,以指导价作为预算的依据 。
Dynamic management of project cost has great significant to project cost's reasonable determining and effective control. Through analyzing the present management situation of project cost in our country, the authors propose a dynamic management model of project cost which consists of controlling quantity, guiding price and competing fee. Compiling quota should take the consumption as mainly content and the direct price as foundation of budget. Project cost index can be used to dynamic management of project cost.
