摘要
目的 探讨雌激素对卵巢切除 (OVX)的去势小鼠脂蛋白脂酶 (LPL)和肝脂肪酶 (HL)活性的影响。方法 将 30只成年的雌鼠随机分 3组 ,每组 10只。A组为正常饲料 +OVX +生理盐水 ,B组为高脂饲料 +OVX +生理盐水 ,C组为高脂饲料 +OVX +雌激素。喂养 10周后取血 ,分别检测甘油三酯 (TG)、血清脂蛋白脂肪酶 (LPL)、肝脂肪酶 (HL)水平。结果 A、B和C组的TG分别是 (0 2 7± 0 14 )mmol/L、(0 2 8± 0 10 )mmol/L和 (0 30± 0 14 )mmol/L。A、B和C组的LPL分别是 (1 6 7±0 35 )mmol/L、(1 5 3± 0 32 )mmol/L和 (1 0 0± 0 2 8)mmol/L。A、B和C组的HL分别为 (0 4 5± 0 11)mmol/L、(0 4 3± 0 11)mmol/L和 (0 2 9± 0 13)mmol/L。各组的TG差异无显著性 ,但C组的LPL及HL均比对照组低 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 雌激素能降低去势小鼠LPL、HL活性。
Objective To investigate the effects of estrogen on lipoprotein lipase(LPL) and hepatic lipase(HL) in ovariectomized(OVX) mice.Methods Thirty female mice were randomly divided into three groups, there are 10 in each group. Group A: normal feeding +OVX + normal saline(NS) ; Group B :cholesterol feeding + OVX +NS; Group C : cholesterol feeding + OVX+ estradiol benzoate. After fed for 10 weeks, all mice were sacrified and the activity of LPL or HL and the level of triglyceride(TG) were measured.Results The TG of A,B and C group were (0.27±0.14) mmol/L, (0.28±0.10) mmol/L and (0.30±0.14) mmol/L, respectively. The level of LPL of A,B and C group were (1.67±0.35) mmol/L, (1.53±0.32) mmol/L and (1.00±0.28) mmol/L, respectively. The level of HL of A,B and C group were (0.45±0.11) mmol/L, (0.43±0.11) mmol/L and (0.29±0.13) mmol/L, respectively. The triglyceride level of group C was not statistically higher compared with group B and C. The level of LPL and HL of group C were significantly decreased as compared with group A and B(P<0.05).Conclusion Estrogen could decrease the activity of LPL and HL.
