摘要
平顶山储备库综合楼需整体迁移并抬高0.45m,采用迁移抬升一次到位的施工方案,即托换加固体系及牵引轨道形成一定的上升坡度,直接至设计标高。与传统方法相比,该方案具有牵引设备用量少、易于控制、工期短、造价低等优点,但精度要求高,且要考虑建筑物沿坡度的下滑力对设备及安全性的影响。
Pingdingshan storage complex building needs to be shifted and lifted by 0.45m as a whole. Method of shifting and lifting simultaneously is adopted, that is, making the underpinning system and traction track form a fixed slope directly up to the design level. Compared with traditional method, this plan has the advantages of less traction equipment, easy control, timesaving and low cost. But high precision is required while the impact of down-sliding force of the building along the slope on the equipment and safety has to be taken into account.
