摘要
对建筑物采用整体迁移具有极佳的经济效益和社会效益,有着广泛的应用前景,目前这一技术已成功应用到古建筑保护性迁移等方面。在刘长胜故居的整体平移过程中采用了基础整体托换、斜向滑动平移、同步液压顶推、房屋转向等多项技术,克服了房屋结构松散、破坏严重等不利因素,累计平移79.5m。
There are pretty good economical and social benefits and broad applying pro spects for applying overall translation to the buildings.At present this techn ique has been applied successfully in the protective relocation of ancient buil dings.The techniques of underpinning,slant sliding translation,synchronization of jacking up and building turnabout have been applied in the overall translati on of79.5m accumulated of Liu Changsheng's former residence so as to overcome t he disadvantage of structural incompact and serious damaged building.
