摘要
目的 考察不同粒径黄连粉体化学成分体外溶出情况。方法 采用HPLC法测定黄连常规粉体、超微粉体和纳米粉体中小檗碱体外溶出量和溶出速度。结果 黄连纳米粉体与超微粉体中小檗碱溶出量与溶出速度均高于黄连常规粉体 ,其中黄连纳米粉体表现得更加明显。结论 黄连经超微化和纳米化后可明显提高黄连中小檗碱的溶出量和溶出速度。
Objective To examine the in vitro dissolution of chemical components of the coptis root powder of different granule diameters.Method HPLC techniques were used to detect the in vitro dissolution amount and the in vitro dissolution velocity of berberine in regular coptis root powder, ultramicroscopic coptis root powder and nano coptis root powder.Results The in vitro dissolution amount and the in vitro dissolution velocity of berberine in ultramicroscopic coptis root powder and nano coptis root powder (especially in nano coptis root powder) were found to be increased, compared with those of berberine in regular coptis root powder.Conclusion The in vitro dissolution amount and the in vitro dissolution velocity of berberine in the coptis root are markedly increased when coptis root is processed into ultramicroscopic powder and nano powder.
